These headphones are beasts. The sound quality is on par with audio file headsets that cost way more. The battery life is excellent and with the hot swappable battery packs where you can charge one while using the other so you can swap them out and have no down time and no charging cables while you play. The microphone is super crisp. It slides back into the headset really well and tucks away. These are super comfortable. There is a nub in the center. I think for the Tweeter that if you have the headset on just right you can kind of feel it poke into your ear a little bit but it doesn't bother me. I just position the headset so I don't feel that but that might be an issue for other people. Overall, these things are incredible, customizable and well worth the price.

Purchased a refurbished unit from seller. Everything looked clean, packaged in good order, everything included. After using headset for a couple days I swapped batteries and found one of the 2 batteries was non functional. I contacted seller and they helped me out with a replacement battery. No fuss, so very happy with them!

it came with a completely dead battery so I only have one good battery that charges, but the other wont charge at all so now i have to buy some back up batteries.

I have owned more than a few gaming headsets over the years. From Astro, to Razer, Xbox and Sony branded, and the like. Most recently the contender was the Audeze Maxwell headset, which while phenomenal, was just a bit heavy for prolonged use, and lacks the feature set of this headset. I purchased these a second time for the Mrs. after feeling confident they would hold up a long time. Where to begin? well, the sound quality is great, number one. In a headset that's pretty high on the list of things to look for. The comfort, REALLY great., Especially with some after market earcups. I went with cushions from Wicked Cushions ( you can find them on Amazon, I have no affiliation ). The reason for this was i found the ones bundled to get a bit hot and the aftermarket ones just solve that. A really large feature that never gets old is the hub that serves the purpose of digital EQ display, volume, balancing, wireless connectivity, and battery charger. The headset comes with two batteries, that each last a long long time on a full charge, but most importantly, you ALWAYS have one charged and ready to go. Gone are the days of having to tether for a session because you forgot to charge the headset or put it on a dock. You always swap them out with one another so it just removes that issue. One thing I am using constantly on the headset, as many people do, is the mute button. The retractable microphone on the headset has LED light that emits red when it's muted, making for a quick and easy glance to know you are muted. For anyone who needs to take care of personal things in the middle of game time, that peace of mind is actually more worth it than you might think. There are multiple pieces of the headset that you can swap out for custom colors and a more personalized look as well. The earcup covers that hide the battery and usb port, and the head strap are easily changed out. It also has the ability to dual pair to your phone through bluetooth, so you can pipe in music or take a phone call while using it with your PC or console. Overall honestly this is THE gaming headset I would recommend to pretty much everyone willing to shell out a few bucks for one that works with all the things ( PC, Xbox, PS ). Could not be happier, and the two my wife and I have get lots of use and enjoyment :-)

So I will start with my use case which may or may not be unique to me. I work from home in an IT field and use these daily for meetings and media , with the ability to hot swap to my Console for some destressing as needed. I also use them for long gaming sessions after hours. I went with the Renew/Refurbished because it was cheaper at the time to get them with the extended warranty which seemed to be a no brainer. 2-3 years was 24$ at the time. which is about when i rotate to another headset. i was coming from the original Arctis pro wireless which where a a slight pain to get xbox voice chat on. The Headset and Base i received came with everything except the box and in Grade A pristine condition. Everything was functional and everything works fine. Batteries were all good to go and hold a long and healthy charge. Comfort, my ears are somewhere to med-large and i prefer over the ear to on the ear so these are awesome. I am not using the stock ear pads I bought the Wicked Cushions for these and installed them Day 1 as they get better sound dampening and help the ANC slightly and have better Cushion https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BK5C7LSY/ref=twister_B0BK5C9MZ1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 I read a lot of reviews about people complaining about the mic bump on the inner speaker and wanted to avoid this if possible. That issue hasnt been an issue for me if i feel them at all i move the headset and am good to go, i only feel the bump if they are in JUST the right/wrong spot. They work flawlessly with my work pc no driver issues like i had with OG Arctis Pros (when hot swapping inputs they would BSOD my work pc) They work great with my xbox. Gripes /Complaints My biggest complaint about are they are missing a feature the OG Arctis Pro's had the ability to make and save and name custom EQs directly on the base. This is i think this headsets fatal flaw. Now you can change the one custom EQ by saving your custom EQ's on the GG engine and swapping them while on your pc then switching sources.(this is how i got around this as i switch from a Footsteps EQ to an Immersion EQ. IE COD to the witcher 3 ) but i feel like this is a bit of a pain they could easily develop an app for PS and XBOX that would cloud sync to GG engine and let you pick your EQ on the fly. The other gripe i have is while on the xbox they don't seem to be as loud on the xbox as they are on the PC which is odd. all that being said its not enough to make me go and find another headset ive had these for a about a month or so and have really enjoyed them. Bought this product certified refurbished. First off it came with a DOA battery which was a bummer. Then less than a month after the product return window closed, Im getting constant static noise out of the right ear cup. Couldn't be more disappointed with a 200$ purchase. I will never buy from this certified refurbished seller again, and I suggest you avoid them as well.
