I bought this as a replacement for a larger one that quit working. Love that I'm not tethered to a hose or having a steamer that spits scalding hot water. This is lightweight and easy to use. It works on the best majority of wrinkles but you will need to iron out the worst wrinkles. Not easy to get back into the box for storage, but it is doable.     • Doesn't leak and can use tap water
Got this for my 95 yr old Aunt who didn't want to use an iron anymore. I tried it out to make sure it didn't leak, and as promised, it does not! It took the wrinkles out of a new folded button down shirt without problem. It's a bonus that it can use tap water.

    • Stopped working after 2 uses
Update on my review! Giving it 4 stars now because Seller shipped a new one to our house in 2 days after I wrote that ours stopped working. Will use it again to see how it performs but excellent customer service will always be most important for me. Product stopped working after literally 2 uses.

    • This steamer is powerful!
This handheld steamer is powerful for its weight and size. I had a floor model garment steamer years ago and found it cumbersome and not very efficient. It wasn’t long before it found itself at Goodwill. But this one is definitely worth the money. I got it yesterday and tried it out today. I was able to remove wrinkles in 8 pieces of clothing in no time. I used all three settings on different clothing material and I am completely satisfied with how well it works. I hang up a lot of my clothes when they come out of the washer and let them air dry. Then I’d have to lug out the ironing board and iron. Not ANYMORE! The cord is quite long and I like the accessories. The steamer heats up very quickly and it does get really hot. After I was finished, I laid the steamer head down on my countertop heat trivet to cool off before putting away because it was very hot. After using it and being very impressed by the quality, I immediately bought another one for my daughter. I got this on sale and can honestly say, it is worth every penny. My days of standing in front of an ironing board are over. I’m at a point in life where I don’t care if I have razor sharp creases in my clothes anymore. This was a great purchase - unit is easy to use/fill, lightweight, doesn’t leak at all, and steams clothes very nicely. It would be a bit larger to travel with, but other than that there are no negatives to report. Great purchase!

Works perfectly, Great stram capability. Nice travel bag and the little cup to add the water is a great addition. Our semi formal attire was in suitcases for 2 days and an iron was not an option for our garments. This steamer was fantastic! Better than our floor model at home.
