After using this garment steamer for about a month, I can confidently say it has been a solid purchase. This steamer is very good so you just need to make sure that you have plenty of water in there and once it starts heating up, you just press the button once if you want the steam lightly press it twice if you want the steam a little heavier, and then a third time be careful every time when you’re ironing something because the steam can run out if you leave it on and then you just have to replace the water which is no big deal but it it made my dress look good. My Shaw looks great. I’m wearing my dress for a tea party tomorrow and I’m excited to go. This really does work. I feel like it’s a safer alternative. You can iron your clothes with this. There is no water leak leakage. It works really good. The size is perfect. It’s really light and I pretty sure it’ll last either way I get a free three-year warranty with it so that’s great.

It’s not resistant to teeth or to dogs nails. I would recommend it for any dog who is no longer under the age of three years old, because after three years old, they would be wise not to tear things up

I needed a steamer to get creases and wrinkles out of drapes I just bought. I wanted something that was easy and worked really well. I read reviews of others and became very skeptical. I came across this one and decided to give it a try. I got it three days ago and filled the reservoir with tap water, which is a bonus. It heated up within 5 minutes and went through all of the settings on the drapes. It did a very good job but some of the creases were rather deep, and repeated the process the 2nd day and I am impressed. From the high to low settings of steam and using the iron to smooth out the wrinkles was very good. Bonus it comes with a very good warranty as I have already contacted them on Amazon

This steamer did everything the seller said it would do. It is well made, very solid. As soon as you pick it up, you know it is not cheap, it was well packaged (truthfully this is not something I usually consider when reading or writing a review as it is not directly related to the item itself; it only impacts the item if the item is damaged because of the packing, but is not a reflection on the quality of the item. Very irritating to read reviews where people focus on this instead of the item's quality, but I digress). I had several new shirts, jackets and 2 skirts I have not been able to wear for over 6 months because I couldn't get the wrinkles out. Using this steamer it took me roughly 35 minutes for all 10 items and they look awesome. (I have a good Shark iron but still couldn't get the wrinkles out). It is very easy to use, heats up quickly, produces steam quickly, does not spit water or leave drops, I had to refill it three times which is no big deal to me, considering that the size of it is easy for me to hold in the air as I'm steaming refilling is fine. At 68 I care more about comfort of holding it up while I'm steaming then how many times I have to refill it. Regardless of age, who wants to hold a heavy item just to avoid refilling? I hate the idea of dragging out the ironing board and iron however there are certain items that you just have to do this. But no longer, as this steamer is truly a game changer. I foresee rarely having to iron ( maybe for a good crease) thank goodness. I did read all the reviews before purchasing, and I noted that some people expressed difficulty refilling the reservoir, however it was so easy. I filled a 2 cup measuring container with water and used it to fill the little filling cup that they provided and when it was low, unplugged, refilled and continued. So easy. Very glad I made this investment, it's a deal changer for me!

The video showed such a clean steam taking out wrinkles with ease, but I've found it took more than just a pass to clear the wrinkles. Beware as well, I didn't realize until after use, but with 1500W power, it constantly tripped my surge protector. If I had it plugged directly into a wall outlet, it would have tripped the circuit. Just be aware of where you are plugging it in. Also, the way the water tank is designed, it isn't easy to clean or dry when not in use. Leaving the tank exposed, I've found little bug eggs in the crevice of the base of the tank. That's what I get for leaving the tank open to air dry for too long and forgetting about it.

I walk three miles daily and wear only white t shirts. Since they are cotton they usually unfold wrinkled. I smoothed wrinkles by hand but that only worked a little. Bought this and it heats up in 15 seconds. I then steam short right on bed in under 45 seconds. Looks like a professional did the job and a bonus is that the shirt is nice and warm but not moist. Love this steamer!
