This set is PERFECT! It has literally everything you could possibly need to work on anything except for very heavy duty equipment. The textured grip on everything is amazing and non slip. The socket size is all the way down to 4mm and 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch shank. It comes with 2 heavy duty ratchets in 3/8 and 1/2 and any adapter you would need. I think this is the perfect value for $300 and totally worth every penny. I love that the case is locking on 3 sides instead of just the handle side and they are double hinge. Overall extremely happy with this and I won't need another set for a long time!

I used the deep socket 7 mm to remove a worn out nut in a button head bolt [#6] after my lead failed to extract it on my way to the car after I failed with his mini ratcheting bit driver with a 5/32" head (12 point because it kept slipping). I used a "Crescent" brand mini crescent wrench [its probably 4" length: 3" handle orange, with a 1" crescent head that's 1/4" in thickness] to try to remove the bolt in a tight space where the conveyor belt sits on top of the bolt and is 9/10 to remove via that method to remove with the crescent + allen wrench (the elbow doesn't have enough clearance]. Also tried to grab bolt with mini smooth jaw knipex that you can get here $45 but that wasn't enough torque and bite around the entire bolt. so the socket was able to do it was minimal effort & my lead trusted my abilities more with understanding material of metals. Personally I changed my brakes with the set. went well, my milwaukee 1/2" driver 1200 FT-LBs was breaking my 19mm lug nut bolts easily. The ratchets feel thick and heavy and a little generic/off but maybe that's me not being use to a weighted impact ratchet. I almost don't want to drop them, but as a mechanic by trade these are nice and I am to tackle quite a bit if needed without scrambling

Pro's-the order came on time and was packaged well and no damage to the package or the tool case inside -the tools are easy to read with the large etching for the size -the case is of decent quality with 4 latches that keep the case closed and the case has detents that keep the sockets in place and that is important as the case is top and bottom - the sockets work well so far and the ratchets feel solid no slipage Cons-the only thing i can say for a con is that a couple of the sockets dont quite stay in place all the time and that the set come covered in tool oil so i had to wipe down all the sockets Overalll- If you are looking for a diversice set of impact sockets that are worth the money then i belive this is the set for you and if you are looking for a socket set that doesn't have all the bloat bits that make up the majorty of tool sets then this set is worth the money and if you need a set that a compact case for the thickness then this is the one

I see people gave this negative reviews because its heavy. YES ITS HEAVY. its a heavy duty impact socket set. Great quality. A little to expensive but this set should last a long time. Comes very well organized and the case is durable

Dude, what a great deal. I’m a body guy and restore cars. Less so a mechanic. So I just needed a solid set with everything I’d need. And I can take it home when needed. This set is great. Yeah, the case filled is heavy. Like 50 pounds. But it’s got almost everything you could need and they are really good quality. Maybe if you use sockets all day non stop you’d want something better. Maybe not. But I’d be happy with this over sets much much more expensive. Nothing has come close to failing me or not doing the job well. Highly recommended
