Came in a small box. Was easy to assemble. You need to loosen the tension arm with the allen wrench to slide the handle on. It was a bit challenging to keep the handles straight and tighten it down. If not, they will not line up with the wheel. My daughter has been flying around the house on this. She loves it. It rides really smooth. The wheels light up making it nice in the evening so cars can see you. The bell is a bit flimsy. It kind of flops around a bit on the handle bar. It comes with a nice big brake so that it's easy for the kids to find and step on. The speed is perfect. Keeps them safe. It's also nice that it comes with a mini kick stand so that it stands up on it's own instead of just laying flat on the ground. The motor is very quiet. I wasn't sure it was even working but my child was flying around. You have to start kicking first to get the motor going. It won't go until you hit a certain speed. My kids has been having a blast with this electric scooter! The speed at 5mph is perfect for staying safe but still getting around and having fun riding effortlessly. The handlebar height is adjustable so all of my kids of different ages have been able to take a ride on it. It has light up wheels, it’s rechargeable and the battery is pretty decent allowing for a few hours of fun before needing to charge. To fully charge it took about 3 hours. It’s not heavy, it’s fairly light and easy enough for my 5 year old to move around and maneuver. I think the quality is great for the price. ... show more
