Just installed this kit in my Camry, and as stated this kit was super easy to install and uses the factory key fob. Looked up a couple youtube vids as backup but the directions provided were pretty clear. Took maybe 20 minutes to install. I honestly think replacing the trim pieces was the hardest part.(which wasn't difficult at all, just a tedious process of alignment.) It worked as soon as I installed it, have yet to test the distance of the factory fob. But very satisfied to have remote start on a vehicle you would think that's less than 5 years old would already have. Will definitely recommend to others. Feb.21 update: So after having this for a few months now it still works great, no issues there. The only annoyance I felt like I should mention to potential buyers is the range on this. Honestly the range is terrible unless your starting your car from your garage or the car is sitting outside your house then it's fine. But if your looking to start your car from a distance such as heading to it from work and it's in the parking lot, not good at all. I'd say the range is somewhere inside 40ft, and by the time it gets the signal to start and goes thru a start up sequence before actually starting your either already at the vehicle or its been running for 5-10 seconds. Depending on how fast you walk. So if you are planning on buying to be able to start from a distance I'd either get this and the range extender from start-x or another remote start system completely. I do not have the range extender they sell and don't know much about it. I'll prolly be switching this unit out for a compustar or a viper system in the near future to better suit my needs.

Got this for Christmas for my daughter’s 2022 Camry. Super easy to install. Took me less than 30 minutes. Easy to setup. Instructions are clear and simple. Works great. Kit included a handy trim tool too. Would definitely recommend.

Gave a 4 Star only because like others have stated, with the Automatic Highbeams the Highbeams don't work(Highbeams work just not when the Auto button is pushed) That being said I would definitely buy again. Easy install that took about 20mins. Everything besides Auto Highbeams work flawlessly. Just an FYI the car stays running when doors unlock BUT shuts off as soon as doors are open.

I say this is better than OEM when using the key fob because you don't have to long-press the button the third time. Instead, you just press the lock button normally three times and the vehicle starts. Installation was just as described in the video and was fairly easy. The kit comes with a trim removal tool, but you will still need one or two hand tools (nothing exotic) to complete the install.

I bought this for my son's 2020 Toyota Camry TRD. It was easy to install. Came with clear instructions. Easy to use once installed, press the lock button on your remote 3 times and the car will start. I just wish they sold an extender for the Toyota Camry remotes. They are notoriously short ranged.

Install was easy since i'm a gearhead by trade but there are a couple reviews that the highbeams don't work. I can confirm after the intall on my vehicle that the highbeams will not work unless I manually turn the lights on. The start module doesn't run the correct path through it from the BCM. The inspection process is difficult so I question how this remote starter is DOT compliant because it skews the high beam function. I'd be dreaming to think the manufacture' would fix the issue. Doengraded to 1 star. Seller offered a refund, when I agreed they prceeded to refuse the refund and ask if I tried their tech support for help. I have 30 years experience, it's not an install issue, especially when it's plug and play. Seller can you know what.
