This is one of those products you really need to just follow the directions and be patient. When I first set it up and tried it out, I didn't fill the pellets all the way up. That made it not burn very high. Then I tried filling it up and that was better but still not high enough. (That is the photo posted with a lower flame). Then I just let it go for a bit and the flame got bigger. (As you can see I'm the rest of the photos). It just needs to get hot enough before it can burn higher. Once you get that, it will burn nicely. About an hour with maximum flame. I really like this because it's cheaper than gas and wood and it's extremely portable. Not sure how good the metal is against corrosion, so I applied some Rust-Oleum clear top coat for a layer of protection to keep it looking new.

This works even better than I thought it would. This came well packed and secured nothing was damaged or missing from delivery. Once everything is set up it's good to go and it actually heats up quite a bit of area around it. The smoke level is to a minimum and it's very small and easy to store away when you are done with it. Super nice for enjoying a sunset in the winter! Definitely 100% true to the ad even down to the slightest detail. Definitely very high quality and well made! Great bang for your buck and a solid 10 out of 10

This was easy to assemble and looks really cool. The lighting instructions involve removing the class tube each time which makes me nervous as it increases the chance of breakage if you're clumsy. I can only imagine flames shooting up the glass tube would add to the coolness. Can't wait to show this off to friends. Due to how this is designed I would NOT use this around small children or if drinking heavily due to the risk of injury!

We could not be happier with this rocket stove. It arrived well packaged with very little chance of it getting damaged. Assembly only took about 10 minutes and it looks and works awesome. The glass tube is thick and has a good weight to it. It is easy to light and load pellets into. We would buy this again. 5 STARS

I love this wood pellet outdoor patio heater. The fire tube is supported by 3 legs, forming a stable triangular structure. and it looks really cool and heats at least as well as the electric patio heaters.
