I purchased this to use in place of 3M, 5200 marine seal it which is extremely expensive. I have used this type of sealant for many different things, even ceiling, air mattresses where you don’t even need up a patch kit. So when I got this product it was more out of convenience since I was already ordering items and bundling for a project to arrive all at once, thought I could save some money using this product rather than the one I usually pick up at the hardware store. First off the nozzle is not your friend, usually I'm able to cut tips flat on nozzles after cutting it in a diagonal and getting a smooth application. This one not so much It was a little stiffer coming out and I thought heating it up a bit would help and it did for a while. It was going fine til it started to cool and the end busted open and onto my shirt and hand. Showed it wasn't sealed very well when I repositioned my hand down further and slightly squeezed, only expecting product to come out about half of the end but to my surprise, came out along the entirety of the end, making me think that the end wasn't properly sealed due to how and where I was applying pressure when it originally exploded Thankfully I got it applied to about half of what I wanted it applied to but lost a Metallica shirt to my chores shirt collection now.
