Took this on a trip to Washington DC. Having the convenience of always having a drink of water available was awesome. The crossbody strap kept the canteen close to my body and it didn’t move around. I walked all day, rode a bicycle and a scooter, and the canteen was never in my way. It is NOT INSULATED. It won’t keep your drinks cold because it’s single walled. That’s what makes it lightweight. If you put in a cold drink it will sweat. The strap itself is easy to remove for washing and it is adjustable. The white canteen did get dirty throughout the day but it was easy to wash. would of given 5 stars if it was insulated but it is not. id did not come in a box like it would if purchased through the stanley website, so i am fortunate theres no dings or dents. however it is a great purchase, nice quality strap. perfect for on the go.

I bought these for my 10 and 11-year-old girls going away to camp. I think they are great for that purpose. They are somewhat tricky to clean, you need a bendable bottle brush, or dishwasher for sure.

I prepared my water the night before a 5-hour hike, making sure it was nice and icy to last throughout the hike. However, after just 2 hours, my water was warm while my husband's water, in a different insulated bottle, was still cold. The Stanley bottle did not keep the water as cold as I had hoped. Very unhappy this idea is so perfect. I got it for a walk in the park. Added ice and water and it sweat nonstop. Didn’t even last an he with ice. Melted quickly and had warm water.
