Llevo 2 días tomándola, tengo varias condiciones de salud , hodking’s Lymphoma, jongren’s síndrome etc. no sé si sea normal los primeros días, pero siento como que me arrebata 😂 da energía, pero es como cuando uno toma medicamentos para el dolor, no da sueño pero siento esa sensación, alguna persona que la está tomando, le ah dado reacción similar????

OK, so this is just my own personal experience with this supplement and as a lay person I can't possibly prescribe or advise anyone else on their diet, health, and medications. But for me this somehow keeps my sinuses clear. I have a couple of food allergies (chicken and mango, both of which I strictly avoid) but I also have a sensitivity to milk. In the past, I couldn't have even a drop of milk or cream without getting a little congested. And if I had enough milk or cream to color my coffee, I'd risk getting sick with common cold type symptoms making me miserable for days. Ear-Nose-Throat MD's have checked me out and found no polyps or anything more weird than a slightly deviated septum. It was always either a shrug and an occasional vibe that I was a hypochondriac, creating my own symptoms, or a hearty endorsement for daily antihistamines and pseudoephedrine for acute episodes. I mean, these medicines do attack the symptoms, but I'm not crazy about taking those regularly for the rest of my life. Compound this situation with the fact that I eat a keto diet, living on greens, fats, and a little protein; emphasis on fats. It's a tightrope walk to keep from getting a little mucous-y on the fats. Then on a US chiropractor's advice, I started taking one Congaplex per day. Wow, did my sinuses feel great. I definitely feel it within two days if I go off the supplement. So it's helping with my condition and the ingredients are mostly herbs. Probably a good idea for you to visit a professional specialist (chiropractors, nutritionists) who has done the research on Standard Process supplements, but this is my personal endorsement.

ok, I was completely skeptical on this stuff. Bovine thymus gland? What? I got some from a friend who got it from their chiropractor. I take this at the first sign of getting sick. When i feel sinus issues, I start two pills three times a day. For common colds, I never get past the beginning stages. For the flu that I just got over, I felt the first twinge on a Sunday evening so I took two pills, Felt better Monday but kept taking it, more symptoms Monday night (but only because I exerted myself and got tired) but I kept taking it. Tuesday: Full on Flu, fever: 101 plus chills. Still taking three pills a day. Tuesday night: sweated all night and soaked my sheets. Wednesday: Symptoms 99% gone, back to work. I've never had that short of a duration of anything and keep in mind, this was definitely the flu. I had fever, aches, chills and fatigue. If you take this early, I think its stops more common cold/sinus related things in its track but I was surprised at its impact on the flu. (also yes, I got a flu shot two weeks ago). Lastly, there are no side effects to this pill for me. It was like taking a sugar pill. The only other thing I took while sick was Advil for my fever. Read the other reviews on here and if you're like me and get sick somewhat regularly, (twice a year, mainly because I work with people that don't know how to stay home when they're sick so they spread germs) this stuff is totally worth a try.

I took these to help with BV because i saw a girl on tiktok taking them for that reason, but not everything works for everyone so I dont believe these helped me with that problem
