TAKE MY WORD FOR IT ... DO NOT BELIEVE REVIEWS THAT CRITICIZE OPERATIONAL FLAWS OF THIS MIXER. THOSE REVIWERS DIDN'T ACQUAINT THEMSELVES WITH THE MIXER FIRST AND AREN'T OPERATING IT PROPERLY. THE ATTACHMENTS & SPLATTER GUARD ARE EASY TO MANEUVER. THE MIXER AND BOWL ARE NOT WOBBLY. LET ME EXPLAIN ... [The review is long, but you'll find it informative.] First of all, good things actually do come to those who wait. This mixer was offered in the Vine Program, and I missed my chance to order it at full price. It was everything that I wanted in my very first stand mixer, so I put it on my Amazon Wish List "hoping" that it might go on sale. Last week, I ordered it during a Lightening Deal for half price which was a steal, and it's been my favorite purchase in a long time. I wasn't happy that Amazon shipped the mixer in its item box, without protecting it inside a shipping box. Surprisingly, it arrived without shipping damage. That aside, it is exactly as presented on the buy page and the operation is easy enough for a child to understand. These are the key points of the mixer: ** 2 YEAR WARRANTY (Yeah, you heard that right!) ** ONLY 800 WATTS ** GREAT, COMPACT DESIGN (reminds me of the shape of a compact sewing machine) ** EXCELLENT SPACESAVING FOR SMALL KITCHENS/COUNTERS/STORAGE ** NICE CHOICE OF COLORS ** LIGHTWEIGHT~ EASY TO LIFT ** SUCTION CUPS ON THE BOTTOM CORNERS KEEP THE MIXER SOLIDLY ON COUNTER DURING USE ** EASE OF USE & OPERATION (1-touch Tilt Head; quick snap-on attachments) ** CLEAR SPLATTER GUARD FOR OPTIONAL USE. SLOT FOR ADDING INGREDIENTS. HAS 3 SILICONE PADS THAT SMOOTHLY GLIDE THE LID UP THE ATTACHMENT NECK AND OUT OF THE WAY FOR INSERTING ATTACHMENTS, THEN SLIDES BACK DOWN (OR NOT) TO MEET THE BOWL FOR MIXING. Reviewers who claim that it isn't sturdy, or that the mixer and/or bowl wobbles during use failed to secure the bowl in lock position and didn't notice the suction feet underneath the mixer. This mixer is solidly fixed to the counter during use. IT DOES NOT MOVE. The bowl is tightly secured, and the handle is nirvana for pouring/scraping out ingredients after mixing. That may be my favorite feature. The other bad comment was that the attachments were to hard to insert and remove because of the splatter guard. NOT TRUE. They clearly didn't notice the silicone pads around the center of the splatter guard that allows the guard to glide up the attachment neck and out of the way for for inserting/removing the attachments or during mixing. It just slides up and down and stays at any spot chosen on the attachment neck. What could be easier? Another review even criticized the mixer for not being able to add ingredients, but the splatter guard has a good sized opening for adding additional ingredients during mixing, or slide the lid up and expose the entire bowl for adding ingredients. Or not use the splatter guard at all and leave it off the mixer. The choice it totally up to you. Sadly, many complaints about functionality is often due to reviewers/consumers not knowing how to use an item or not reading the instructions. I hate to see potential users turned away because of bad intel. The lid and operation of this mixer are very versatile and conveniently designed. No complaints. The only wish I have is for an additional version of the dough hook and paddle for certain recipes. But, these 3 pieces are standard and sufficient. I've already made banana bread and crumb cake back to back and I love this mixer so hard. Can't to mix other things, like bread, cinnamon roll dough, sauces, etc. The mixer cleans easy, and stores nicely in a small cupboard. Personally I would always hand wash the attachments to protect the finish. The attachments are all metal. My rule of thumb is to take care of my things and they'll take care of me. The mixer feels lighter than the 10 lbs listed on the buy page, but that weight may be the inclusive shipping weight. The seller, Lisheng Appliances, is very responsive to customer questions/concerns. I had a question about the warranty and ordering replacement parts, and they responded immediately. You just click on their name link on the buy page and use the Amazon form provided to communicate with them. The mixer works perfectly and doesn't take a huge amount of electricity at 800 watts. It's not a professional baker's mixer, but it'll make anything I want in my home. I RECOMMEND THIS MIXER 1000%. BELIEVE THE SATISIFED CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND TAKE THE CRITICAL ONES WITH A GRAIN OF SALT.

En vista que me gusta mucho hacer pasteles, considero que está batidora es mi mejor compañera. Es fácil de manejar, muy segura, muy elegante no se nueve mientras trabaja. Fácil para limpiarla y al ser de aluminio el contenedor de la mescla para el pastel hay menos riesgo de un accidente.

I bought this stand mixer for several reasons: 1) the price; 2) the reviews; and 3) I needed a stand mixer at my second home and didn't want to purchase a second KitchenAid. When I opened the box, I was shocked to discover it is plastic, and the bowl (though quite large and with a handle), it made of a very lightweight metal. After reading the mixed reviews and seeing the arm handle breaks, I am taking care to ensure I lift the arm gingerly and treat the knob with care. I made pizza dough in the mixer just moments ago, and it was the first use. It is about as noisy as my KitchenAid. The bowl locks well and is held in place. The stand has suction cups to help it from moving on the counter. The pieces wash up well. So far, I'm impressed. For an inexpensive stand mixer, it seems to work well. I hope to try cookie dough and cinnamon roll dough soon and see how it does with a large mixture in the bowl. We will see if it really is a 6-qt bowl, or if it is false advertising. Point of info: I did purchase the protection plan. I always do this when I purchase appliances from Amazon. Better to be safe than sorry.

I really liked this little mixer, until a major piece broke on it. this lever is on the front of the mixer and it moves the mixer head up and down and locks the mixer in place during use. So, pretty important piece to break on this appliance. I have only had the mixer for 3 months, and have only used it a handful of times. It doesn't get weekly use, just when I am in the mood to make cookies, or something like that, so it really shouldn't be a problem to send back. I will repost later if there are problems with a replacement.

Review is for: Stand Mixer Peicual 800W 10+P Speed High-Performance Tilt-Head Electric Kitchen Mixer 5.5 QT I searched a long time for a stand mixer. I do not want to spend the price of the high brand name we all know. I finally found this brand Peicual after a lot of searching. It doesn’t come up right away. It was unknown to me. I did read In instructions to not run the mixer more than ten minutes. That is something to note. I used it once to mix cookie dough and tonight I used it forwhipping cream. I can tell you whip cream is my most favorite food so I have high expectations. I am surprised to find that the whipped cream after whipping it with the new mixer was a smoother texture than any whip cream I have ever made. I like the suction cups to keep mixer on counter. I like the many options of speeds. I will say I think it is a bit louder than I have heard in a mixer but it is something I can look past since it works so well. I will say my Apple Watch did not make a note of a loud sound so it must not be too bad. I would give this mixer high recommendations. As I use it I will come back to my review if it changes.
