I rented an Airbnb for a month. The bedrooms, office, and shower were all upstairs. The stairs were steep, narrow, and painted wood. My German Shepherd tried the stairs and found them too slippery so she wouldn't go up them. This forced me to sleep downstairs on the couch for a week because she would whine every time I went up without her. So I ordered these stair treads right away for me and my dog because my sister-in-law slipped on her stairs and really hurt herself. They bought a new house with no stairs. I've slipped on stairs before too. I definitely don't need to hurt myself. My next Airbnb has no stairs, so I'm leaving these behind as a gift to future guests and their pets. They were so easy to apply. I cleaned and dried the stairs and simply aligned these into place. They came with a role of tape, but I didn't need it. The non-slip backing on the treads lays flat and they haven't moved in three weeks. I can vacuum them and they stay in place. I love that they can be washed too. I got the Dark Grey - N color. They look great with the decor here, and come in other attractive colors as well. Me and my dog are happy to use and feel safe on the stairs now. A friend of mine wants some for her VRBO now. You won't be sorry if you order these!

These are total game changers! Unbelievably easy to install — clean the stairs, peel off the clear backing, and stick to the stairs. The adhesive is great — it’s enough to hold it in place but it is light enough that it doesn’t seem that it would hurt the wood at all once removed or repositioned. It even comes with extra tape should you find the adhesive isn’t enough. We find it perfect! They look great and already dull the sound the kids make as they go up and down on our old staircase. I also feel safer on them (less likely to slip). Thank you!

Nice carpets for stairs. Color was great. Adhesive on back was pretty good, but did use some of the included tape. Easy to install. Just wish carpets were a bit thicker and the item included a second roll of tape. Only had one roll. If installed as instructed, would not have been enough for my 11 stairs.

Literally worked perfectly. My aging dog would slip on the hardwood stairs and hurt his leg (twice). I ordered these and it has never happened again. No adhesive but has a cool plastic that adheres to the steps and doesn’t slip. They are fabulous! Great value! Easy to clean.

I'm pretty impressed! I have stairs that have needed redone for a long time and so I needed a fix for my dog slipping down the stairs and these are perfect. They were so easy to put down and adhered great. I haven't needed to wash them yet but I have a feeling they're going to hold up great.

We bought a new home and quickly learned that the last step blended in so well with the floor that anyone that came to visit literally fell down on their faces. We cannot afford a professional carpet runner right now so these seemed like the best option for us to remove the danger from the stairs. That said, I was extremely skeptical that these would work. I have had bad luck with stick-on stuff it just never seems to go the distance. I was pleasantly wrong! These stick down very, very well and not only do people not fall down the last step but the stairs are overall more attractive and easier for us and our dogs to climb. The traction is a big help! Cannot recommend these enough, literal life savers.
