This has some great potential! With little fuss, easy to grind up some chicken, add some spices and bring up to temp. Once there, left it in the fridge overnight and sliced. Not a store bought deli meat knock off just yet, but the potential is definitely there. Solid tool, and easy to clean. For those that want to be able to have more control of what's in your food, I recommend picking this up!! Edit: The trick to the texture is use a food processor. Updating the review to include better pictures of the resulting output.

I bought this product after seeing it all over social media. I like the idea of making my own lunch meat without all the other stuff in it that I do not want. I first tried making chicken. I had a little trouble getting the "loaf" as I call it out of the container. I would recommend this product. I actually already bought another one for my family.

This product is exactly as described. Works as it should. I had the canister filled to the top with group chicken...so it was hard to seal shut (but this was my problem) I had to put some muscle into it and managed to get the lid locked in place. Happy with the product and I would recommend.

This item worked just like it was supposed to. I did not have any of the issues others with bad reviews had. My thermometer was long enough the hole was centered as stated. My only issue was it was Celsius only but I had a long meat thermometer already that worked just fine. I do recommend this product but I also suggest you get the plastic bag liners. It definitely helps with release and clean up.
