I am obsessed with these window clings, I’ve been using them for years and this one is my all time favorite. The color and patterns it creates is stunning and it provides plenty of light without frying my plants. They are so easy to use and easy to clean. It was so easy to cut and set up on my old windows and seems to provide sufficient warmth without too much or too little heat loss. I didn’t have much of an issue with bubbles or bubble size when I installed them so that’s a plus. They work so well for so many things to providing that good soft lighting and adds so much color when the morning sun hits. I will definitely be purchasing more from this company, I am really enjoying this pattern and quality of material so far.

I had a horizontal blind in garage/shop and it was a dirt magnet. Initially, I installed one way heat and sun window film on my garage window but it doesn’t prevent peeping eyes at night if a light was on inside the garage. No good for my use. I want privacy for my tools. The clear, reflective film is also miserable to install because it has to be PERFECT not to look like a wonky window tint job on a 19 year old kids tuner mobile. This “3D” film is clear and effectively obscures the window view night and day but allows light in during the day. It’s a non-colored opaque film that is much more forgiving to install than the clear, reflective film because you won’t see every tiny spec of dirt or bubble. It also doesn’t scratch like the reflective film. Use the supplied tape tabs to separate the film from the backer - see the photos. I had to remove a couple of window sash locks and if you do, it’s a good idea to mark the screw locations for easy replacement. See photo with the pencil marks on the sash where the screws are located. This 3D film will not prevent heat or reflect light. It allows light and obscures the view in and out. Be careful using the heat reflective film I removed on dual thermopane windows that face the sun. I’ve seen reports of dual thermopane windows cracking due to heat build up from the reflective film between the 2 sealed windows. That’s a job where a professional installer is indicated. Overall, this 3D product suited my needs, easy install, a lot cleaner than blinds and better security than reflective films with no chance for damage to my thermopane garage window. Good luck!

Easy to install and looks good. The pattern outline is thinner than expected and hard to see from outside, but looks nice up close/inside. I ordered 2 rolls and the pattern didn’t match up, so I’d suggest ordering more than you need. Gives privacy and still lets in lots of light from my street facing windows. Corners don’t adhere well in cold weather so had to add additional adhesive.

I LOVE how these came out. They make my space so whimsical and are perfect for living on the ground floor. I was afraid they would look tacky but it looks so cute. Not as clingy as other brands I’ve used so I had to re-spray with water a few times before it really stuck. It was well worth the struggle. I can only see general shapes through the film unless I get really close. I recommend using a cutting mat, long metal ruler and exacto blade to get a perfect cut for installation. Order extra so you can line up the pattern in the same spot for each window, the pattern repeat is kind of long.

While helping a friend, we were trying to find some sort of window option for their kitchen that would not feel too heavy or detract from natural light, but still provide privacy. I really did not want to go with a curtain so figured for less than $10, we could test this and wow, my expectations were exceeded. It adds the privacy with just enough subtle design that it’s perfect for the space, and it actually looks really great. The install was simple, but easier with two people. I used soapy water on the window and an old hotel key card instead of a squeegee and it worked great. I do suggest having a new and sharp blade in your box cutter to make trimming, especially the corners, easier. We put this up at night, and it being dark outside did make it challenging to see the lines to make sure we were lined up so I suggest doing this in the daylight if you can. I did this window with one roll, but I bought two just in case so now we are planning to do another window with the same film :) overall I would definitely recommend.

I love this so much I walk by and just stare at it. My 5 year old was even excited because he can see rainbows in it! I put it in my bathroom window because it’s low enough to where neighbors can see you showering. So this was for privacy, but I’m also big on still being able to see outside and have light come in for my plants. Not only does this create the privacy we need, but you can still see outside (though somewhat distorted) and it doesn’t block the sun rays from coming in for the plants. I did choose the grey alligator looking print, as I figured this would make it harder for someone to see through than the clear. At night it’s pretty dark. I do only shower with the night light on so people can‘t see in, i’m not sure I’d recommend you showering with your actual bathroom light on at night with these as I imagine people would be able to see “enough” from the outside. But for us it works. If you’re up close you can see outside pretty clearly (again somewhat distorted). From farther away it gets less and less clear. When I take a shower I just stare at it, it’s such a beautiful addition to our bathroom. Installation was decently easy. I didn’t have a squeegee, just a box cutter. So I what I did was cut it mostly to size and set it aside. Then cleaned the window with windex and dried it. Put soapy water on a paper towel and then soaked the window with it. Lined up the film and then cut off the excess and just pushed the water out with my hand till it was perfect like a squeegee would. So far it has not even raised off a little bit and I’ve taken atleast 7-10 hot showers with it on.

I am so impressed with this window film. I installed it on our bathroom window this afternoon. The process was quicker than I thought it would be. I took about 15 minutes cleaning the window thoroughly and prepping materials (pre-trimming the length of the window film, unsticking the corner of the window film, etc). The installation itself went quickly and took maybe another 15 minutes, including pushing all the water out and trimming all the edges with a razor blade. I've never installed window film or contact paper or wallpaper before, so reading reviews on different window films made me a little nervous. But the one I chose (the textured frosted glass look with faux lead glass lines) was incredibly forgiving due to its thickness and texture. I'll follow back up if I find out in the next few days/weeks that it's not staying up, but so far so good. Note: I used distilled water in a spray bottle to get the window really wet before installation (I didn't have any baby soap on hand or I probably would've added a little to the spray bottle as recommended). I bought a kit with the small squeegee accessories and a precision razor, but I think using an old credit card or ID, paired with a plain old straight razor blade, would work just as well. In fact in the end I used a regular razor blade and it was far more efficient. As far as privacy goes, it's perfect. Today is a sunny June day and the light that comes in is beautiful. It obcures everything outside our window, and adds the privacy we need with our next door neighbors having a window almost directly across from us. Hope this helps! And I'll follow back up if there are any issues down the road.
