This is a very cool charging station with 7 standard USB ports and 1 USB "C" port. It has an LCD that shows what port is charging and how much juice is flowing. It also shows the battery charge status. I have multiple devices that will need charging periodically which means sometimes I need to charge more than one item simultaneously. I have found this charging station to be an awesome product. I'm going to have to buy another for beside my bed. It can definitely help you organize your cords if you want as well. ... show more

I've owned this charger for years and love the way it works. I bought 2 more. So.... Mr. Prosser said it best and I really can't add anymore to top his review! Read below.... Great 8 port Multi-USB charging station – 5 VDC at 60 Watts total Reviewed in the United States on December 8, 2022 Color: white This is the first one I bought. I liked it so much that I bought a second one. This charger works very well at charging nominal 5 VDC USB charged devices. I had no problems charging multiple devices at a time. Some of the reviewers mistakenly gave lower value negative reviews because they do not understand basic electricity so they thought the charger was not working perfectly. The back light LCD display shows the current in amps that a device is accepting during charging. The display does not show the particular V voltage of a device being charged. At the correct charging voltage, a device WILL ONLY accept the current (in A amps) that it can accept. Over the charging cycle time, a device will accept less and less current (in A amps) until it is fully charged to its maximum voltage determined by the battery chemistry. Lithium Ion batteries have very strict charging Voltages and Currents. A lithium Ion battery has its own computer chip IC brain built into it that regulates the charging Voltage and Current input (and output). Just because you have a big ole computer laptop that you are trying to charge up does not mean that the laptop battery will accept a huge charging current all at once. A tiny USB rechargeable bicycle lamp may actually take more charging current than your big ole laptop. Also it is too easy to cram the wrong USB cable into the wrong USB charging port. Of course, the wrong USB cable crammed into the wrong USB port will not work even though the USB cable “seems” to fit tightly. I wish I was King because I would not have allowed all the plethora of proprietary sizes of USB cable ends. Alas I am not King. The European Union has mandated that all USB data and charging cables be the same standard size in the near future so there will not be any charging “mistakes”. ... show more

Just gad this delivered Today, and I must say, I'm not disappointed. It came nicely presented in a matt black box, and the charger itself was also wrapped in plastic and came with a screen protection sticker for delivery. The instructions were... sparse... to say the least. The usual broken 'English translated from Chinese' affair, but really... what instructions do you need? Plug it into a power supply, plug USB cables into it and your devices, don't go swimming with it, don't eat it... usual stuff. All in all, it was pretty professionally presented. The product is smaller than I thought it would be, which is great for the bedside table I'm going to use it on. It feels a little cheap for the price. Not so much 'bad', but just a bit 'plasticky and light'. But where this really shines, is it's information screen. It seems to pick up the incoming voltage accurately and gives a clear reading of each ports charging status. An animated battery icon tells you what ports are actually charging, while a numeric indicator tells you exactly how much power is being sent to each port. It may or may not be VERY accurate, and the instructions themselves state clearly that low power devices (such as watches) may not show any info as they draw too little power to register, but even so, it's kind of satisfying to just watch the display. I'm a kid at heart, I guess. One thing that I found odd though, is that as it's selling point is the display, there isn't a way to either stop the display turning off, or brighten it up again after it goes dim, unless you unplug/plug a device in for charging. Note that even when dim, the display still can be seen, just not very clearly... think of a digital watch without a backlight. All in all, still testing, but it seems a fun and functional addition to my bedside table. While this is being used on my bedside, I can honestly see this being used if I need to travel too. The clear readout (if as accurate as it seems to be) will give a great indication if the power supply is giving you problems charging your devices. Of course, it won't help you to charge things better in such cases, but it will stop you wasting extra money on an endless search for USB cables that might work better. Wrapping up, while it feels a little cheap, it seems to be a very well presented and useful charger. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. ... show more

A very easy set-up, does everything it is supposed to do. It has more charging outlets & options than others at a comparable price. The only thing lacking is a stand to keep it upright when you have multiple devices plugged in - but that is a minor issue considering how well it works and the price.
