I don’t often write reviews unless I really have something to say. This product is phenomenal! I have used St. Tropez classic in the past, but it had been a while. I gave this a try. I used a self-tanning mit to apply the product. This is super easy to apply. My face looked insanely dark after application, to the point where I was concerned and actually rinsed at the five hour mark, rather than waiting the full eight hours. I also want to add that my skin is naturally on the lighter side (Type II Fitzpatrick). I used water-only for the body, but face wash for my face since it looked so dark. Let me tell you, I was not expecting to have the absolute perfect natural tan after that rinse! Including the face. And my skin is so soft!! I have an event coming up, and now I feel confident. I am going to Miami in a few months, maybe I will try to full eight hours next time! Some reviews say that the tan is a bit light and to double up on the application. If you are more fair-skinned like me, only five hours with one application might be all you need. Highly recommend!!

I tried this more than a couple times before writing this review. I used the St. Tropez x Ashley Graham self tan and absolutely LOVED IT. The scent, the feeling, the color, it was amazing. I bought this particular one hoping us was very similar. I was very wrong. The smell is a cashmere scent which I personally hate but everyone has their preferences. I would be able to handle it if it wasn’t so strong and product was worth it. The product is NOT worth it. It dries so insanely quickly is is virtually impossible to get a smooth looking tan. You have to move so quickly and even if you’re going as fast as you can it’s not fast enough. No possibility for a second coat either the product will just slide right off and leave bald spots. If you have absolutely any texture or wrinkles in your skin do not buy this. I didn’t even know I had this many creases in my body until I put this on because it just clings to them so heavily and I’m talking like normal creases, elbow, knees inner elbow. The product is SO thick but not in a good way and with the drying down easily it is just impossible. I am an experienced self tanner and I follow the suggested prep to a T. Still looked awful. If you want an orange, streaky tan that clings to every imperfection this is your tan. Buy the Ashley Graham version if you want a perfect tan. Takes less time too.

I purchased my first self tanner from Estée Lauder when l was in high school. I have very light skin and always looked and felt more attractive with a summer tan. That said, l have spent a small fortune over several decades on self tanning products. When l discovered St. Tropez 3 years ago, it was like winning the lottery. It looks natural, wears well, drys quickly and has a light scent. I can put it on in the morning, get dressed and arrive at work glowing. Take it from a self tanner addict, this product is as close to a natural tan as one can get .

The formula of the mousse texture is great and glides on the skin effortlessly unlike others. I loved that this product has skin care ingredients but that might be a downfall. Bc of the skincare ingredients and moisturizing properties, this just makes me feel sticky and doesn’t fully dry on me even with my extremely dry skin. Also product transfers more than other self tanners. Bc of the transfer I don’t feel like it gives as deep as a sunless tan. I will finish the bottle but will go back to using the Express from St Tropez bc it dries down, less transfer, and deeper color payoff if I wear over night. The scent is nice but after over night the normal sunless tanner scent kicks in after a few hours of wear.

My package came broken :( but it still works and ain't no way I'm waiting for another one to ship 🤣 good good product though!!!! Love the smell surprisingly and it tans beautifully....the bottle was a little smaller then expected which was kinda sad because it was $50 alone (plus shipping) but other then those couple things seriously recommend
