I have had two pair of Skechers slip on waling shoes over the past 4 years. I like them. They are comfortable and mostly I wore them around the house. They were light weight and very breathable. I don't typically wear them out and about so they have each last a good two years. But, when they had to be replaced, they had been through the ringer and looked it. Now, I ordered these Go Walk Evolution Ultra, very reasonably priced, to replace my last pair that had begun to fall apart. I am actually amazed at the improvement in quality, fit, sturdiness and above all foot and arch support. These are a whole different level. I am so impressed, I forgot and don't care about the extra three weeks it took to get them! I am a big guy, 6' 1" 280Lbs. so I am pretty hard on shoes. I bought these because I have nerve damage in my feet; they fit great and are the most comfortable shoes ever! I can walk all day and not have pain! They are so light, I can hardly tell I'm wearing anything. I enjoy the soft insoles, they are like walking on a cloud, no hard spots or cramping! These shoes look good too, I have gotten compliments on mt footwear and people are surprised to hear they are skechers. They say, "they look so good, they can't be sneakers!" ... show more

I have some foot issues and can't walk around the house with just socks on, so I have to wear shoes. I wear these in side and use different shoes when I go out side. My outside shoes are a 10.5 e. I bought the 10.5 d and they fit fine after about a week. They are soft and spongie and my feet feel good. I will get another pair when these wear out. ... show more

I didn't expect anything special from these "GO Walk Evolution Ultra - Impeccable Walking Shoes." But I had nothing to lose, and the reviews seemed sincere enough to make a purchase; if they didn't work out, I'd add them to the pile of shoes that hurt my feet! I've bought every shoe from Nikes, Reeboks, New Balance, etc., costing $100 to $250, which was supposed to be comfortable and provide support (only to give none). I'm a tall guy, 6'4, 250 lbs. I wear a size 15 with bad knees and feet that hurt so badly that I couldn't stand up or walk for long periods. Most times, I have to wear sandals, bedroom slippers, or flip-flops to get some comfort! I received my order earlier than expected, and when they arrived, I kicked my other shoes off and tried them on - it was like heaven on my feet; I know that sounds weird, but that's how it felt! 😁 I'm still shocked at how comfortable they are; it's like wearing pillows on your feet and look great. Tried many brands and other Sketchers. These are maybe the most comfortable ever. Wides are actually wide. The toe box is very generous, both wide and tall. Light weight, but supportive. This shoe works very well for my husband, who overpronates enough to virtually walk out of his shoes at the heel in a very short time. He had a little bit of adjusting to the way it held his foot, but it was not enough to quit wearing them. They are comfortable as well! So now he has three colors. I must say it is quite hard to clean the light khaki shoes, which is why I gave this 4 stars. Would have been 4-1/2 if that was an option. On a scale of 1-10, my husband gives them at 20. For comfort they are the best shoes he has ever had, and he is 71. The arch support is equally impressive, and they just slide on which is another great feature.
