The build quality of this unit is pretty nice. I did not have and problems with the indicators going into the holes of the fixture like others had posted. The unit is very easy to adjust...the bezels on the indicator are a little tight...they just need a little lube. Would deff buy again and reccomend....now if they would jsut come and to the tramming for me :P

The media could not be loaded. This tramming tool is extremely well made and in the USA! LOVE THAT! This is a small business and that is just another plus. After messing with my mill for several hours only to ruin a part using the "old way" I said OK, buy the dang tramming tool. I did and that man what a game changer. I didn't ever want to adjust my mill head because it meant getting everything aligned again. Well that is not a concern any longer after this stupid simple tool! Thank SSL for quality I can feel and see!

I bought this one because it seemed to offer the same functionality and quality but cheaper than others and I'm happy to say that I was right. You will need to calibrate the dial indicators to each other before using it but that's the same with any brand you get. Just go to YouTube and search for mill tramming tool calibration and I'm sure you'll find the instructions. Pro tip: If you have a digital indicator, like Mitutoyo 543-783B it'll make life much easier to calibrate and use this tool.
