I received my machine sooner than expected. It came in a wooden shipping crate on a pallet. You need a 5x5 space that is acceptable by a hand cart for delivery. Once the top of the crate was removed, I could access the pieces of the stand. I assembled the stand by myself in about 20 min. The machine is heavy and requires 2 strong people. The machine came threaded. I completed set up in under an hour. I stitched out my test design with no issues. I have only used a single needle before and the set up was straight forward. There are great YouTube videos that show each step. The company has a website and a Facebook page. An email was included in my machine packaging. I have emailed twice and received quick replies. I have been using the machine for 2 weeks with zero issues.

This machine has been flawless. Used it right out of the box and has been running every day since. The large display is a great feature and the quality sew outs will compete with any brand on the market.

Wonderful! It's not my first multi-needle machine. This one has wonderful support in Carlee. In some ways it's easier than my old one that I sold because I could never remember how to operate it. This one has more needles and was a better value than the one I sold! I love this machine and will not sell it!

I absolutely love this machine. Setup was very easy. The customer support is awesome; you will normally get a reply the same day or within 24 hours. So far , everything is awesome. They also provide a series of videos on Youtube to help you along the way. Value for the money is great price point. I'm late getting started but my experience has been great so far. If you can purchase this machine, I recommend you so so expeditiously! I'm happy with my purchase!

Currently it won't work: error code = 175 system in confirm state cannot perform loosening/locking axis operations. Trying to view a video sent for a different machine and in two languages. Item came in a large wooden crate just like the seller explains how it will arrive. The item had many smaller boxes all around it but my display monitor either got damaged or the factory did a bad weld because one of the hinges had the weld broken so my display screen is crooked. It also got shipped pre-threaded with 15 spools of thread. I guess this is that you can use it right away. I had 6 spools that had shaken out of place and fell all through out the bagged machine leaving me with a pile of tangled threads and a real mess around all the other threads that did not fall out. I tried for 20 minutes to untangle the mess but I ended up have to cut all my threads and start from scratch. The should have included some type of foam cushin to keep the spools in place. Hopefully I can improve on this review once I get the machine setup

After about a week of receiving our new Sparesphere SS-1501 we are very happy with it. It came with everything we needed to get started. It was about 90% threaded already and had been tested to make sure it worked before shipped to us. It’s very solid, smooth and quieter than expected. This is our first embroidery machine and the Youtube videos by Sparesphere helped us get it up and running in no time. We still have a lot to learn but so far we are happy. Oh, the shipping box was solid, packed well and easy to unbox.
