I’m very happy with this unit overall. It was shipped in two separate boxes, which I appreciated because it made the individual packages much easier to move and handle. Everything arrived undamaged and all of the parts were included. The assembly instructions were well organized, and I especially liked that the nuts and bolts were clearly marked for each stage of assembly. Even though I’m very experienced with tools, it still took a fair amount of time to put together, so I would plan on spending a few hours on assembly. Nothing was particularly difficult, there are simply a lot of parts. I purchased this primarily for the Smith machine since I already have a good cable machine. The Smith portion feels solid and works well for what I wanted. The included cable system and attachments were still a nice bonus, and it came with a good assortment of handles and accessories that I can use with my existing equipment as well. Overall, I’m pleased with the quality, packaging, instructions, and value. It has been a good addition to my home gym.

This is great for home gym and at affordable price without sacrificing any functionality. Shipment came in three boxes, delivered one day apart. All parts were labeled and manual had step by step instruction. It took close to a day to assemble but definitely worthwhile the effort. Nice power cage with pulldown, pull up, chest dipt attachments. A few tips for putting it together: 1. Read the manual. 2. The bolts are labeled - see the card box. If you are not sure or got mixed up, just measure it against the ruler. The bolts are labeled by the length in mm. 3. At each step, put all parts together before you start, and arrange in the order in the manual. 4. Use a large socket to tighten the nuts. Lastly enjoy!

machine is great so far, customer service was not. The shipping was pretty quick even though both boxes were in pretty rough shape and taped together. I realized the instruction manual was for a completely different machine even though the parts were for the correct machine. I emailed customer service and they wanted me to send a picture of the box/sku number.... I told them I had already thrown the box away I just simply need the correct manual. They would not send me a pdf of the manual unless I sent an order number for some reason. There was only one problem with parts/set up with one of the pegs that catch the bar, the screw would not screw into it. I just placed it at the very bottom (where I wouldn't use it). I watched the video for installation since I didn't receive the manual right away and was able to basically complete it just from the video.

The smith machine doesn’t move as well as I would like it to. I’ve tried different lubricants and it still sticks.
