I bought these because the first thing I saw was space saving. These weights truly are space saving and what is super convenient is that I can easily change out how much weight I'm wanting to lift. The other nice thing is that my spouse and teenagers can use these and they're able to change the weight on these too. The bar itself really is non-slip but I choose to wear gloves because sometimes my hands get extra sweaty and do it for the "just in case." Overall, these are strong and sturdy weights. They not only function and work just as they should but my family and I get a great workout with these. Plus, they don't take up a lot of space either.

I enjoy using this adjustable dumbbell in my home gym. I definitely prefer having the small footprint of this adjustable dumbbell versus a tower of multiple dumbbells. It’s also much more efficient than a traditional free weight system where I’d have to add and replace plates individually. Each of the plates weighs 2.75 pounds. Plates are added and removed on each side simultaneously. Each time the weight is adjusted it does so by a total of 4.5 pounds. The handle twists while it sits in the cradle, which allows me to lock in or remove the plates. There is a visual window that allows me to see the numerical equivalent to the total weight of the dumbbell that I have selected. There is no pins or anything to remove and lock in. I simply twist the handle to adjust the dial up and down as many times as needed to get the weight that I want to use. And then lifts up very simply from the cradle. It also sits down into the cradle very easily. there’s not a lot of components to try to lineup and get the weight to sit back in the cradle.
