I absolutely love these adjustable dumbbells and use them constantly for my home workouts. The quick weight change system is a total game changer, I can switch between exercises in seconds without breaking my flow. The secure locking system makes me feel confident lifting heavier, and the anti-slip handles are comfortable and solid, even during sweaty sessions. What really impressed me is how space saving this set is. Instead of cluttering my workout area with multiple dumbbells, everything stays neatly organized on the base. The plates feel heavy duty and well made, giving the whole set a premium, gym quality feel at home. Whether I’m doing strength training, circuits, or focused muscle days, these dumbbells deliver performance, convenience, and safety. Easily one of the best fitness purchases I’ve made.

I’ve been really happy with this adjustable dumbbell. The twist-lock weight adjustment is smooth and fast, making it easy to change resistance mid-workout without interrupting my flow. Being able to go from lighter weights to heavier ones all with a single dumbbell is incredibly convenient. The build quality feels solid and durable. The handle has a comfortable, non-slip grip that feels secure even during sweaty workouts, and the dumbbell feels well-balanced at every weight level. I also appreciate how compact it is—it replaces multiple dumbbells and keeps my workout space neat and uncluttered. Overall, this is a great option for anyone building a home gym or short on space. It’s sturdy, easy to use, and makes strength training much more efficient. Highly recommend.

They are just about perfect, but the weight intervals should be increments of 6 lb, with a starting weight of 20lb and then 26/32/38/44/50. I feel having weight options less than 20lb is not ideal for adjustable dumbbells set. They look amazing and affordable

The Squatz Adjustable Dumbbell is quick and simple to adjust making it convenient for switching between exercises. It’s been great for my ant home workouts, it definitely goes a lot faster. Its compact design is also a plus for my limited workout space. The bar feels comfortable in my hand and I can get a secure grip.

My husband absolutely loves this weight set. We have a number of different styles of weights and these are by far his favorite for convenience. It is like having a complete set of individual weights, but in one compact set. They are super practical, especially if you’re limited on space. The way they work, when the weight is resting in the base, is to turn the handle to the desired weight and simply lift. The necessary weight plates stay attached to the bar and the remaining ones stay in the base. The set that I bought go from 4.5 to 70 lbs for each bar! That’s pretty incredible. I have a whole rack of individual weights that only go up to 30 lbs and in far less increments than these do. It takes up so much space that I think I may finally pare down my collection. My husband used to use bars with removable plates to get up to the weight he wanted. He was maxing out of space on his bars and the screw-type securing system was super tedious. We are both thrilled with these weights. I’m so glad I bought them.

To my disappointment, I discovered that the increments aren't 5 pounds as I hoped but 9 pounds starting at 4.5. (4.5/9/18/27/36/45) While this may be fine for some, it's not what I'm looking for which is fine except they don't specify in the item description nor is Rufus able to answer that. Needless to say, they'll have to go back. Rather frustrating as I was very excited about them.

I enjoy using this adjustable dumbbell in my home gym. I definitely prefer having the small footprint of this adjustable dumbbell versus a tower of multiple dumbbells. It’s also much more efficient than a traditional free weight system where I’d have to add and replace plates individually. Each of the plates weighs 2.75 pounds. Plates are added and removed on each side simultaneously. Each time the weight is adjusted it does so by a total of 4.5 pounds. The handle twists while it sits in the cradle, which allows me to lock in or remove the plates. There is a visual window that allows me to see the numerical equivalent to the total weight of the dumbbell that I have selected. There is no pins or anything to remove and lock in. I simply twist the handle to adjust the dial up and down as many times as needed to get the weight that I want to use. And then lifts up very simply from the cradle. It also sits down into the cradle very easily. there’s not a lot of components to try to lineup and get the weight to sit back in the cradle.

So far these have been great. I'm building an at home, small apartment gym and these fit in my spare closet and are easy to access, crank up or down the weight and get a quick workout in between gym sessions. The weights seem to be of quality metals and should hold up for a while. I notice sometimes the weight selection mechanism clicks when working out or rotating the weights, but I haven't had any issues with weights shifting or falling off.
