To start I reached out to the seller about the possibility of exchanging the blue and whites for blue and amber with the option of using the controller module. They promptly said they dont make one with the controller for amber & blue but did refunded my purchase price no questions asked. I did used them they did kinda kinked with the Texas heat DOES NOT EFFECT THEM ANY IN SHAPE OF FORM WITH BRIGHTNESS. I do like the take down feature easy to use and the controller works pretty well. For the price point at what they are being offered couldn’t go wrong. Yes you can purchase a better product but like i said at the price point you cant beat them. I would definitely buy them again which i plan on doing. Would I recommend them yes for the simple fact that they have a take down feature. The housing is plastic, and feels a little cheap, though the brackets are metal. There is more than enough wiring to run it through trim to hide it. The control pad is intuitive and easy to learn. I was hoping they would be a little brighter but should be bright enough for nighttime hours (I do have 50% ceramic tint on my windshield). The plastic flash guard blocks SOME of the light from bouncing back at you, but definitely not all of it. Giving it four stars for now due to plastic quality and the amount of light that bounces back. Attached is a video from the outside of my car-these lights are in the windshield, the lights on my running boards were a different product. Had a problem mounting in the rear window of a truck. Will not mount on a vertical surface because of the light shield. Problem taken care of and money refunded. The lights are bright.

For the price. I guess it is what I should have expected . I bought the all white lights option. I knew they would not be super bright. But I really didn’t expect them to be this dim. Maybe I got a bad set? You can see them at night, but it Doesn’t really light anything up. . And no one can see them during the daytime. . At all. Some of the video reviews look brighter. So I’m hoping my set is defective and maybe the seller can replace it *UPDATE* light housing started deforming and, essentially, "melting" under the normal exposure to the sun when installed on the visor top section of the windshield. i would avoid this,, it might be ok for night time use for a little while, but if you have them permanently installed onto your vehicle, they will 1. be useless during daytime 2. will not last even a year after installation. i also was never responded to by the seller to try and correct the issue or make it right. i gave them more than enough time to repair/replace my set. all i got was radio silence. id avoid these. spend the extra money and buy something of better quality such as STL or BRIGHTLIGHTZ or if you have the money, WHELEN. ... show more

Other than them not staying attached to the windshield I like these. They need to have a version with visor mounts. I am having to replace them with something else because I can't keep them on the windshield of my 2021 Yukon even with the included adhesive disks.
