This a machine is great and definitely worth it. It doesn’t require any assembly to do cause it comes all assembled right out of the box. It’s comfortable to use and it doesn’t hurt your back at all. It has enough cushion to sit on and the foam pads are comfortable on your back. It has different resistance levels that you can adjust for your choice of workout. It also comes with a guide that shows different workout methods to do. This is not only for your abs but it’s for your whole body. The guide manual shows you how to use the machine for all different parts of the body that you want to achieve a workout on. I recommend this a machine. It is also easy to store away when your done given the fact that it is compact enough to fit anywhere no matter where you have or don’t have space.

I appreciate this machine. It allows me to do my sit-ups without discomfort to my backside or back. It's worth the money as it is a motivator to do the work your body needs. Its the right size, easy to operate, sturdy and effective as I've lost a few pounds already.

This product does what it designed to do. Could use a little more resistance. Value wise, could be cheaper. Between $25-$35 would be a fair price for what it is. With that said, with the current price $50 still cheaper than the Wonder Abs brand.

I've been using this ab machine for a few weeks now, and I can already feel a real difference in my core strength. It's surprisingly comfortable to use, and the guided motion takes the strain off my neck and lower back,something I always struggled with during crunches. The setup was quick, and I love that I can get a solid stomach workout in just a few minutes a day. It folds up easily too, so storing it under my bed is no problem. If you want an effective, low-impact way to target your abs at home, this little machine definitely delivers.

This is an excellent Ab machine for men and women of all ages. It’s very sturdy, yet very lightweight and can be carried to your work-out space, then stored away without taking up a huge amount of space. It's very adjustable as well. The arms glide smothly. I have used it to work-out my arms, glutes, and back as well. It's priced very reasonable considering all the different uses of it.

This has been a great way to get in core workouts without taking up a lot of space in my home. I wanted something that would help make sit-ups and ab exercises more effective and this has definitely given me results I hoped for. One of the things I like most is the automatic rebound feature. It provides just enough assistance to help maintain good form while still making my abs work. It makes higher-rep workouts feel smoother and helps reduce strain on my lower back compared to traditional sit-ups on the floor. The adjustable resistance levels are another big plus. I was able to start at a comfortable setting and gradually increase the challenge as I got stronger. It makes the machine useful for different fitness levels and keeps workouts from getting repetitive. I like how sturdy it feels. Once assembled, it feels stable and secure during use, and the high weight capacity gives it a solid, well-built feel. The padded areas are comfortable, and the overall design makes it easy to focus on the workout rather than constantly adjusting equipment. What surprised me is how versatile it is.
