First of all, I'm a huge fan of the product. It definitely does a great job, it's sturdy, and as advertised it helps you have better poops. The newer version is a huge improvement also due to its lower profile. The first version of the product stuck out a lot and even if you push it in as close as you can to the toilet, it's still kind of in the way. The newer version is super slim and just disappears when you push it in. Awesome. That being said, I had to remove a few stars because of the horrible consistency I've seen in assembly. I've ordered this product 5 times. And 4/5 times I got a product is that is missing at least one rubber foot. I ordered it once and it was missing two of the rubber feet. I thought it was a mistake or a return so I asked for a replacement - same exact issue with the replacement, two missing. I removed those two and added it to the original one I ordered and returned it. I then ordered another two. One of them was missing rubber feet, so I asked for a replacement. The replacement is also missing a rubber foot. I have never seen such inconsistency in manufacturing or assembly. JUST GLUE THE DAMN THING. How is it difficult to guarantee the product is complete? This thing would get a perfect 5 stars if not for the annoyance of having to order it multiple times to get a single complete product.
