when shopping for something i could do pull ups from, i had a lot of trouble. i weigh around 220lbs and needed something stable, small, and affordable. the price for this is quite good and definitely worth it. it holds me no problem and even when i end up kipping, i dont feel like this rack is going to collapse. i dont use it for squats, so i cant speak on that but i use it to hold my bike when not in use. this way the rack didnt take up much more space than the bike already was. putting it together was easy enough. similar to ikea furniture. everything you need is in the box. i didnt have to open my toolbox at all. really recommend this. ... show more

It’s very easy to set up my husband did it by himself, it’s take him about 30mins to install, and it’s very stable. My husband is 260b hold him no problem. Very nice quality. We both happy for having it.

This was ma 2nd push up bar, it's stable and heavyweight. Worth every penny. Only one problem: the plastic handle is rolling when I pushing up, I have to use stuff to tight it.

I got this in May and have been extremely pleased! I like the longer catch bars and actually flipped them around to face the back side and use them with my bench as safety catches for bench presses! The pull up bars and weight holders are great accessories and it doesn’t take up tons of space!
