I already had a green band from the same company and needed a red one to a increase resistance. Since I had the door anchor already, I ordered this one with no anchor. My only complaint about these is they make a slight squeaking noise. I haven’t used other brands so don’t know if all bands do this.

I’m sure I could’ve built up the stamina and strength for it, but I am very happy returning it for the very light (yellow) level.
