Some parts are very cheaply made and will not last. Had to replace some things (wood, screws etc) to make it more secure but was lucky I already had this on hand, felt like too much of a hassle to return so hopefully the upgrades I did make it last longer. Do not purchase this product. Lots of issues. Drilled the holes on one end correctly. The other end holes were off. On a lot of this product. It like they didn’t even follow their own manufacture template. Inferior wood. Just over all crap. Also the hardware the triangle plate (two of them) not even here. After 6 hours we think we are done. Nope. The contact to the company: crickets, crickets, crickets. Can’t get the missing part… can’t get money back. Amazon needs to end this contract before a child is hurt. ... show more

A few pieces of wood had cracks in them and one split a little when drilling but didn't break badly enough to where I needed a replacement. This is the only reason I'm docking a star though. I'm a single mom and was able to build this in about 10 hours by myself. It took an hour and a half just to layout/count all the pieces before getting started but I appreciated the instructions being so easy to understand so I could finish it in a day. I bought it for my son who is turning 3 in about a week and he LOVES it. The saucer swing is lots of fun and holds us both comfortably. I'm 5'7/135lbs and my son is 3ft/30lbs for reference. Would say you are getting what you do pay for. Had issues with holes lining up had issues with it just seeming to even be sturdy enough inferior part composition. It is helpful to have more than one person and no children in vacinity due to verbally assualtive language you are going to be using towards this thing. Will not be for the rain of heart I would recommend having some true lumber on hand to sturdy it up and add in some legit lag type screws to pull this thing actually together. Was it worth it with the additional stuff I've done I mean I think it will last some now but would not have seen that being the case without doing what I did. ... show more

Just as other reviews have pointed out the wood is not great quality. Many of the boards did not have pre-drilled holes and some that did, did not line up. It was not hard to put together but it was more time consuming than expected especially since we had to pre-drill many of the holes.

First off almost every hole was off. It was a nightmare to assemble! The boards were chipped and some broken, paint was also sipped all over! This is not a good product. We dont have time to tear it apart and return it so I guess were out on this deal. Dont waste your money.
