This really gets your arms and shoulders burning and quickly! It "looks" easy and wow is it effective. I cannot wait to see where I will be in a few months with practice! I know overtime the endurance will increase! I can do about 30-45 seconds before my arms are screaming, I pause, then repeat doing 3-5 reps. This is a great quick workout that can be used throughout the day or even between other workouts. This will your heart rate up! Now let's talk about the device. Overall this is heavy, the weight is deceiving indeed, however holding this up and moving through reps is going to help tone up the arms and shoulders. 12 lbs is perfect in my opinion! It looks to be made well, does not appear cheap. It has very smooth movement, no grinding. I love the ability to tune the level of resistance! The grip tape is also a nice bonus. I personally use this with my weight gloves. I wouldn't recommend doing this bare handed, but to each there own! Overall, do not hesitate! Get it! You'll enjoy the challenge and workout!!!

I bought this for my guy. He had one not as well made. Found on Amazon, he liked. To his surprise it is a powerful well made machine. In just a week his muscles have increased and more defined. He works out everyday and pushes himself and really enjoys using it. It has weight like a well made steel piece of equipment. Resistant functions work great, stays in place. Many ways to use it in your workout. Any way your arms move there is a way to improve the muscle groups with this. If you are serious about building arm muscles, this is worth the price and will help you. I'm thinking of buying a backup for future use as it is so well made and powerful! Arrives in a nice box. You won't be disappointed.🤓

I was looking for a different type of forearm and shoulder workout. A friend turned me on to the concept of this machine. It definitely gives a good burn. I didn't think it would at first, but once you get into it you really feel the burn. I like the fact I can alter the resistance based on my preference for workout that day. I have read other reviews which say it would have been nice to get a manual of different workouts. I agree with that. You definitely have to play around with it. I have found many different motions, all of which I feel hit some good muscle groups. Definitely feels like a sturdy piece of equipment. It is a little heavy if you are traveling. It does pack away easily though.

I was hopeful but not expecting this level of functionality and quality. This thing is heavy, very well thought out, and smooth as soft jazz. I have already found 6 or 7 exercises that this will be excellent for. I am excited to have this in the office for days that we can't get to the gym. I'm using it to PT tennis elbow and so far this tool has helped out tremendously. If you are serious about staying in to shape, this tool will get the job done. If you are out of shape and want to start off easy and in the privacy of your home, this tool will get the job done. In short, this is an awesome piece of human engineering and it feels like it will last a very long time. Excellent job!

This exercise device is amazing! So well built! Its very easy to use and gives you a burn in less than as minute. Wish I bought this earlier. If you want to work out your arms and shoulders, get this. You wont be disappointed.

I have had the spinning burn tool for some time and used it regularly. It did get set aside for a while and when I went back to use the tool, I was missing a part. Likely due to small fingers not any issue with the equipment. I reached out to seller thru Amazon. I had a note back within a few hours and a call letting know how to rac out to them directly. I sent an e-mail with pictures and within the hour had a reply that hopefully resolves my concerns. This is by far the best and fastest response I have had from any Amazon 3rd party supplier.
