You can see from the pictures that this bike was welded together incorrectly. It was given to me as a Christmas gift, but Speedrid/Ancheer state that it isn’t their problem because I didn’t buy it directly from them. As others have stated, this was like this straight out of the box. It’s not an issue with shipping, it’s a quality control issue in manufacturing. I can’t buy parts, no one will help, and I was gifted a 1000.00 dollar piece of scrap that’s now worth about 50.00. Very frustrated that they don’t stand behind their product. I purchased another ebike from another vendor and love it. I wish my spouse and I could ride together….. ... show more

Bike quality better than expected, but fenders an issue. Solved rear fender by integrating into a West rear rack ($50). Reengineered front rack for stability. No throttle Class 1, Nice for price.
