Wanted to love this bike so much, it has a lot going for it. Strong battery, good distance, the battery doesn't stand out, making the bike look more like a normal mountain bike than other e bikes on the market. Cruises at a good clip, 20 mph (27-30 kph ish) without petal assist. The brakes though... The bike was shipped without the front disk brakes. Heartbreak on my triumphant purchase. I took the bike to the local bike shop just to make sure what I was seeing was accurate, and they confirmed what I hoped was ignorant confusion (though, the rest of the bike was in great condition). Pessimistically optimistic I reported the issue to the manufacturer with good communication back. Unfortunately, a month later and 17 email responses back and forth with no resolution I bought disk brakes for $40 (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TW7H3GX?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) and was able to install them within about an hour. They work great. I love this bike despite the the manufacturer, it's equivalent would be about twice the cost where I live. It's fast, easy to assemble, and now stops on a dime. I wish the 350w was 1000w, but you do get what you pay for. Update:. The company sent replacement brakes, they worked great. Sadly the bike was stolen from the garage, we replaced it with two more from the same company.... Absolutely no issues, the bikes are great. That's three now we've purchased, one with an issue the company owned up too and totally took care of, another two that were just... Pretty great. So I’m sorry and Layton doing my review but I purchased a bike in 2023. It is now July 2025 and I have ridden my bike so many times I’ve scuffed it scraped it but it still keeps on ticking like a Timex watch it’s nice and fast for what I need it for. I’ve added a few things to it like a bike horn. I’ve added a speaker which I used to communicate or listen to music, I carry the tools that came with the bike. I added a bike rack on the back and a little cell phone case on the front Handle bars I even added a cupholder which all the stuff by the way I’ve either gotten off temu or Amazon by the way, just letting y’all know, but I love it. Easy assembly! Very awesome bike for the price point! It doesn’t have the greatest battery life on the market but for the price it can’t be beat. Especially with the range you’re given. Bigger size. Exactly what we were looking for!

Its a great bike, fun to ride definitely, assembly was easy but the one key issue is the bike does not go 25mph, it goes max on a regular road, even downhill 21.6mph maximum. I only weigh around 158lb so weight isnt an issue. Battery life is pretty good.

Never buy a thing from them, they are will just ignore you like you dont exist. On the verge of suing them. Bought 2 bikes from the same seller the same exact bikes, mind you the cost of bikes were n't cheap as it is now. One I bought in March at $900 other on May at $800. I do still have 1 year warranty on both of my bikes. Fist on one of my bike, it all got rusted the chains, the metal brake everything, within less than a month. I contacted seller that I have been facing this issue, they said ohh just put some oil or may be paint it. I did bought some oil on amazon and tried to work it out but wasnt successful. So i wrote a review showing pictures of my bike and finally they responded. They offered me to take give a full refund and take bike since it was less than a month. I said okay and waited for them to reply their email. after few days they said they cant take the bike but can give refund of $300 for the damage. I agreed on that and said okay.They even asked to delete the amazon review. Later on November, I again faced problem with the bike. My battery stopped working so i emailed the company speedrid stating my problems. They said not to worry and will help me out. They sent me a new battery, the battery worked but again there was e07 error, i informed them again they said it was a problem with motor. They sent me rear wheel but it still not working. I asked them if they could send me the connector between battery and the motor, assumed it could solve the problem, They told me they have informed seller and the price of battery and wheel is more than the price of bike and they are in neg business or something. and they stopped emailing. I was so pissed since i go classes on my bike. If i have a warranty on a product, hows that negative business my problem? until and unless my issues are resolved they should be the one contacting me. I even the mailed seller stating everything and since its my only means of travel that they could send me another bike and i will pay half of the price. But noones is replying and i am already annoyed enough to wait. Its been 3 months i am going through. The one bike i am facing problem is the one i bought on May. ... show more
