I did file an angle on the upper clips that accept the AC condenser mounts and gave them a shot of 3n1 to facilitate them snapping into place. Quoted $350 for this to be done by a mechanic (not the dealership). I watched Richpin's video on YouTube and said "Hey, I can do that". Took me longer than I thought, but I'm 75! You can do it. 100,000 miles on my 21 year old Saturn and it started losing coolant. Watched the videos mentioned and replaced the radiator and water pump. Good as new (knock on wood). No leaks, runs cool as ever. Wife's work car is ready for another 100K, I hope. Total cost was 1/3 of the estimate (which was for the radiator change only) and I am puffed with pride. ... show more

I cannot imagine how something can even be produced this poorly! How many people had to have handled this item and not noticed how completely boogered up it is boggles the mind. You don't reprimand someone for this type of work, you invite them to explore other career options.

A very nice radiator and the installation was quick and easy. Form and fit was as good as the original O.E.M at a much lower price. So far I'm pleased with this product and I will update in a few months on how this radiator holds up.

Good, lightweight and easy to install. Watched YouTube (Richpin) video. While you’re at It, I recommend changing your transmission filter and the transmission coolant lines. You can find all those parts on amazon (wix filter and ACDELCO coolant lines. Aftermarket lines won’t fit, use ACDELCO) this radiator seems to be holding up well after about a month of use. Common issue with the original radiator is a leak on the bottom drivers side. The Spectra Premium radiator is better built than the original. Highly recommend. This radiator is pretty close to the factory radiator and everything fit like a glove didn't have to fight it. Real good buy and a good quality radiator. If you are a saturn owner this is recommended way cheaper than AC Delco.

    • It was easy to install
It was easy to install, this model has worked flawlessly thus far. It would have been an easy install if my air box nuts didn't rust to the bolts lol. So I had to "modify" those plastic brackets. There has been no leaks. You can't beat the price. It was way better than paying $140 for the Autozone radiator. There is also a DIY video of how to replace the radiator. You don't need any special tools. Just a ratchet set, and some extenders to reach some of the bolts. If you are going to be working outside, make sure you have a couple gallon drain pan, and some saw dust/ cat liter/ dry absorbent. Antifreeze is toxic to humans and pets, so be cautious.
