So let me start by saying this is actually a very nice machine for the money. All nuts and bolts were loose and thrown all over in the 5 separate boxes. I am still missing 4 nuts, 1 Bolt and 1 rubber washer for the reduction sleeves as they sent 9 yet there are 10 sleeves. The instructions were the worst, and it took me 2 days to put this together by myself as there was no instruction on direction bars should be facing, Parts were not labeled and although there was a parts list in the instruction booklet none of the nuts and bolts were labeled and I had to just wing it and figure it out on my own. They have you build parts only to later find out the next bolt needs to go through the bottom and now it weighs to much to get the bolt in without removing parts you already put on per their instructions. After it was all put together, I had to take several of the pully's apart to run the cables. Worst yet the instructions to run the cables were horrible. Had it not been for the video and me stopping and starting it several times, I probably would still be working on it. Now that is finished, I am frustrated but excited to use it tomorrow and sell all my separate pieces. They should at least throw in a free Bench just for the aggravation as it did not come with a bench to work your chest, legs and arms. The Olympic bar is not a standard Olympic bar and probably weight less then 10 lbs. I only gave this a 3 because of the worst ever instructions I have ever seen. Although the nuts and bolts were all over the place and some missing the machine was packaged well and nothing was damaged. I may change my rating after using this product for a workout. Found out today that the bottom right safety does not work like the left. I am upgrading my review as customer service with sparta has been great and they are sending me out the missing parts

Opened the boxes and all of the bolts, nuts and washers were loose and all over the place. Somehow we got lucky and the only thing missing was a reduction sleeve and a couple of hex screws. It took the better part of an hour just to sort through all of the nuts and bolts and bag them up and label them to make the install a little easier. None of the parts are labeled and the instructions are horrible. The front adjustable pulleys didn't fit and I had to use my dremel to wallow it out so they would fit properly. Other than all of that, it seems like a good system now that it's together. I'll update the review once we have been able to use it a little bit.

The product itself looks to be a sturdy, sound product (my opinion before putting it together- only from unboxing). The instructions are almost not even worth having because they Have hardly any words, the parts aren’t numbered, and there isn’t any detail whatsoever of how to put it together. I will have to go off my best judgement more than likely. Two of the boxes (came in 5 parcels) had all the nuts/bolts/washers thrown throughout the entire box. They went everywhere. I don’t think from delivery- I think from poor packaging and lack of attention to detail. (Pictures attached of what it looked like when I opened it). A couple of the parts had flakes of the coating taken off (shown in pics) and actually, the last two pictures, if they upload in the way I put them, looked like the coating was flaked off and then someone painted over to try to hide it. I am curious How set up will go as the directions are basically unusable- but we shall see! If it is too difficult, I will consider returning to buy from a different brand with more (positive) reviews Edited to add that customer support is great and extremely helpful!
