Overall the machine is great and very nice! Takes some time to put everything together as nothing is labeled but other than that pretty easy just time consuming. Make sure you pay very very close attention to the pictures as some details are small but play a big factor. Only really down fall of it was it was pretty scratched up and paint chips all over it. Kinda upsetting just of that fact this thing is $2,400. Cool setup though! ... show more

Like all machines this took forever to build and we took breaks. We’ve had it about a week now and we are super happy with the quality and it does everything we need it to! I would say the only thing we still need is the attachment for rowing and a barbell. Instructions weren’t difficult even with parts not being labeled. Recommend laying out all parts to make it easier. Had a issue with my order reached out and immediately responded to my email and made things right great customer service and a great machine so far

This is a great machine, really enjoy it and glad I made the purchase. It couldn't fully operate upon installation though as parts were missing from the order. I contacted the seller for the missing parts. Originally they told me that they were sending it but nothing came. They ghosted me for a while. I contacted the home office in Colorado and threatened them that I was going to return this if they don't send me the parts. I still had 3 weeks left to be able to return. That got their attention one month later, I finally got the missing parts. So I recommend the machine but their service is terrible. ... show more
