The water flow, particularly when connecting the 2.5 GPM restrictor is just AMAZING; we didn't know what we were missing until we tried it for the first time. There was a little defect with the product and I contacted customer service. Within 24 hours, they had gotten back to me to follow up on the situation and provided some instructions. After sharing a quick pic and commentary on what the issue was, they sent a replacement item right away. Customer service was great, which tells me that the company stands behind its products, a definitely rarity these days so hands up to them. This is a solid shower head, that doesn't feel "tinny". Attention was paid to small things that seem overlooked when purchasing a new head. These include wrench flats on the connector so as not to damage the finish during connection to the downspout. Teflon tape included for a thread seal. Excellent instructions with graphics. I bought this to replace a shower head that literally couldn't even get soap off my skin without me scrubbing. This thing is a HUGE upgrade. In fact, it's so GREAT that I can't even run it with just the filter, like I wanted. It's too powerful at full blast! I had to put the 2.5 gallon per minute limiter on it. I LOVE that they included 3 options for controlling the water flow. Also I love the packaging. I bought this to replace a terrible showerhead. I love this one! It was incredibly easy to install. It took me maybe 10 minutes total if that. There is an additional washer that will help increase the pressure if you need that improved, but I used the original one that came in it and it works perfectly. It has a really nice flow and coverage. It is such a great price and I've been incredibly happy with it. The only small downside is that the range of motion is fairly small but since that is only an issue for using it to clean and doesn't really matter when I'm showering, I would still give it 5 stars. ... show more

Very impressive product and customer service/support. After around a year, I went to remove the shower head for cleaning and discovered the water restrictor was broken inside the shower head. I contacted Sparkpod and the Lu promptly and politely took care of the problem. The shower head has three different levels of pressure. We have normal water pressure, so that wasn’t a factor. Using the 1.8 GPM restrictor (the yellow one- which comes pre-installed) was fine but a little weak for our liking. I tried no restrictor - just the black screened washer- and that was way too powerful. That one was wasting water and causing chaos in the shower- water everywhere. The 2.5 GPM restrictor works great for us, providing very strong water pressure. We don’t even turn the water on very much, to intentionally back off the pressure a little bit, and that gives us more water pressure (GPM) than the 1.8, but not the full 2.5. I highly recommend this shower head. NOTE: Do NOT use any tool to tighten when installing. Just wrap the Teflon tape 4 or 5 times- neatly- then thread the shower head on. You do NOT need to “tighten” it, just make it snug. If you’re hands are strong, just use your thumb and one finger to make it snug. If it drips at the connection, you can make it a little more snug using one hand. ... show more

I almost never submit reviews but this shower head is amazing! So easy to install and it looks beautiful. The swivel feature is great, unlike most rain shower type of heads. So when I don’t want to get my hair wet, I don’t have a rain shower directly over my head. It’s a wide spray and this actually helps me take shorter showers since it covers so much area all at once.
