The good: This product came with 2 holders that are wall mounted and can hold quite a few items at a price well below the price of name brand versions of similar holders. At the time of my purchase, I received 2 for $32 when similar products from box stores were about $100 for 1. So if you've got a lot to store then it's a great deal. The bad: With the cheaper price comes lower quality. I can't compare to the products carried by those name brands but these things suffer from the low quality. The kid comes with tiny wrenches to tighten the nuts provided, but no allen key was given to tighten the bolt heads. The hardware included are soft and the screw heads easily round out. I replaced the wall screws with 2 inch wood screws because of this. The bolts and nuts provided for the shelves worked fine for their intended purpose, but while putting them together I accidently broke a weld in the square brackets that the shelves mount to. I couldn't have been using more 10-15 ft/lbs of pressure when I accidently put pressure on it. Overall: If you can afford higher quality, go with that. If the price is an issue, be prepared to be very careful when constructing and wall mounting these things. They're good for the price but keep expectations low and you'll be happy. ... show more

I think the headline says it all, this rack is just strong enough to get by. The tool holders sag and flex when loaded and the tools only go in one way, If I put them in the other direction they are in danger of falling because of the sagging fingers, calling this thing "heavy duty" is a stretch. I gave it a three on ease of assembly because one of the welds was broken out of the box, but I repaired that as opposed to returning, and another weld had to be ground down for the parts to fit correctly. On a positive note, it did help clean up my work bench by getting the tools and chargers on the wall, and they are easily accessible. I like the size and design of this rack I just wish it were built out of better materials. ... show more

I got the twin pack so it was less expensive than buying 2 single packs. I lined them up next to each other and didn't use the little tool holder extensions but I'll keep them for the future if needed. These are a bit 'light weight' but are perfect for my needs as I'm only storing the tools and not the batteries as well (I have a 6 port battery charger that also stores my batteries). These organizers are strong enough to hold the batteries with the tools - I just don't need to do that. It is true that it they don't come with instructions, but the instructions are shown on the product page (plus, you can't really mess up assembling them unless you connect the side pieces backwards or upside down). It is also true that they don't come with an Allen Wrench and the little wrench that comes with it is so thin, it will bend if you use it to tighten the nuts. lol One other thing I would like to mention is that the shorter screws are just a tiny bit short for my comfort level, but they were just long enough and I didn't accidentally strip any threads. Other than those very minor issues, I'm really happy with these organizers and I'm planning on zip-tying 2 magnetic tool bars along the front to the various bits and such for the tools. :) ... show more
