This is an honest little heater..... Meaning it uses the same ceramic heating elements as most other 1500 watt space heaters. But rather than presenting this compact ceramic heater and fan assembly in a giant plastic shell, this heater is as compact as it should be. This brand is not playing the larger product means higher price game most brands play. I.e. Trucks sell for much more than cars and SUVs only because they are larger, despite costing far less to manufacture. Because this heater is honest about it's true size less plastic, packaging, and energy is used to manufacture it. Additionally because this heater is not surrounded by a needless huge plastic shroud, more heaters can be packed in a box, with more heaters fitting in a shipping container. Which means more fuel and energy savings along it's journey from the manufacturer to your front door. The final bonus is the limited amount of storage space this mighty heater requires during the 8 to 10 months it's not in use. I feel no difference in heat output between this 1500 watt ceramic heater and a much larger 1500 watt ceramic heater I use. It's possible someone else has measured the wattage, amperage, and heat output with results that could dispell my rather 'refined juvenile testing technique' using the back handed method. If that is the case I ask they make their findings known to the world. Any and all fraudulent products and claims must be pulled from the market. I find this heater to be a great value. I choose analog so that I may turn it on and off remotely via a new secret technology called a WIFI plug. No..no...this is not to be confused with HIFI... No digital space heater in this digital or virtual world is able to be controlled via this ultra exclusive new WIFI plug technology. Only an analog, non-HIFI equipped, space heaters will produce heat using posh folk plugs powered by a SciFi WIFI energy source created by.....by the Masons...?. The Masons? Really?. Huh!.. I thought for sure the Illuminati would have been the first to create energy from bits of plastic with or without an LED flux capacitor. Cheers. 🚅🚄

Updating review to 4 stars as the seller sent me an email saying they were going to send me another heater to replace the broken one! Subtracted one star for a heater that isn't long lasting. I'll update review if the new heater breaks again ... 1 star We only used it once or twice a month for 30 min or less per use, for 5 months, for a total usage of a few hours total but it broke anyway.

What you don't know until you read their small user manual, and then learn from experience, is that the cord gets very hot. They say NOT to use an extension cord, or a serger, don't put their cord under/behind furniture, don't put it under a throw rug and so on, which I thought was ridiculous, since I am 73 and have been using electrical appliances for a VERY long time. I can't get to my wall outlets easily, too many things in front. I have a serger attached to one, but even then, cord is still not long enough to put heater on table top (that's what they suggest), so I used an extension cord to place where I wanted. After 4 hours cord got very hot. Also the extension cord got very hot. I can see how that could cause a fire if you left it on for very long. Just sayin' Keep this in mind when purchasing. I live in AZ and it doesn't get too cold here, so I don't leave mine on too long Seems colder than usual and I don't like to use the dirty central heat that blows through miles of ducts to get to my Apt. I get high on second hand pot sometimes, all kinds of fumes come through causing sneezing. I am going to keep this heater, but watch it like a hawk. I am sick of having to return things. USA made space heaters never did this when I was younger living in winter cold in Oregon, years ago the Heater Cord was very hot to touch when I went to unplug it, "after turning off the heater." Heater light doesn't go off, so there is still juice running through it, but turn it off anyway, before unplugging. My review.

So far it's on point but don't expect a massive amount of heat from it. It may take awhile but it will heat a small area or small room if the heat doesn't escape the area.

The first one of these I received failed after a couple weeks, but the replacement was swift and seamless. The replacement has been plugging away for months without issue. The thermostat, once you get it dialed in, holds a pretty constant temperature, and it puts out a surprising amount of heat for such a small heater. It can heat a bedroom to an uncomfortable temperature quickly. I'm thinking of getting another unit for my office.
