I honestly didn’t expect to love this as much as I do! I’ve never really been into facial cleansing brushes. They usually feel too harsh for my skin, but this one is so gentle and relaxing. What really surprised me is how well it removes my makeup. I’m pretty lazy with skincare at night, so the fact that it cleans everything off in one step is a win for me. I don't always double cleanse, but this makes me feel like I don’t have to. The LED light feature is a game changer. I love how portable the device is. When I’m in a rush, I’ve used it in the car when I’m a passenger, in the shower, even on walks. I love how I can multitask with it! I actually notice a difference in inflammation and redness when I use it regularly. I never really understood red light therapy or blue light therapy. But now I get it! It actually helps! this product came so fast after I ordered it! i was impressed with the blue light feature since i’ve never had one of those before! it was super fun to use the blue light feature, and it definitely helped the inflammation on my skin after picking it. the vibration on the face washing side was a little intense for me, but I think the more use it the more I’ll get used to it! overall, I’m really excited to use it everyday! ... show more

I really wanted to love this product; however, the bristles on this PMD face scrubber are SO SHORT that they do not clean your face at all… and I was using plenty of soap, but there were literally no soap bubbles…So I compared it my other PMD face scrubber, which I had been using (it’s the original one without the blue light: “Clean.”) Although that wand is a little bit smaller, the bristles were slightly longer, so it cleans your skin more. If your main reason for purchasing this very expensive item is because you want something to ”clean” your face, DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT. Save your money. It’s way overpriced anyway. On the other side, there’s a blue light feature which is cool. It works. They give you goggle things to protect your eyes. I do love that there’s a lot of surface area coverage for the blue light side, so I would recommend it only for the blue light. But you can find other blue light products that are handheld for less. To PMD- I wish the wand would vibrate when I’m using the blue light side too (not just the scrub side). It vibrates for a quick second when it touches your skin, but I wish it had the option to keep the vibration going to give me a facial massage. ... show more

I like that this product is easy to use! It is small and convenient to even take and pack when traveling! I like that it will beep when it starts and stops the blue light! Would recommend for someone to use if looking to try blue light on their face!

This is a cool device that's definitely on the pricey side. I love that it comes with a case, charging cord, and eye protection. The device itself fits very comfortably in the hand. The silicone brush, scrubber side is pretty much like all the others, but where it really shines is the blue light (no pun intended). The scrubby side can be used without powering on the device as just a basic silicone scrubber or using one of the two different vibration levels. The bristles are short and on the stiffer side, but not uncomfortably so. The blue light is on the opposing side from the brush and cannot be combined with vibration. The window of the LED face is quite large and really gets the light up next to the skin which is great. It's easy to charge, but it only comes with the cord, not the plug end. The case is thick and sturdy and easily holds the device as well as the cord and eye protection though I don't recommend keeping the cord in it if you're using it to store your device when it's not fully dry. The eye protection is nice to have to shield your eyes from the very intense light in the event that the device isn't in full contact with your skin. Speaking of which, the blue light will only come on if it's in contact with your skin so you don't have to worry about accidentally shining it in your eyes when you turn it on. Just turn on the blue light function and rest the device directly on the blemish you're treating and it will activate on contact. I've tried a LOT of skincare devices over the years, both higher in price and lower than this, and I'd say this rests pretty firmly in the middle of the pack overall. The brush is just a brush and it seems that everything has vibration these days, but the very well thought out LED application is something I'm not used to seeing. So all in all I'd say it's a good device and if you're blemish prone and looking at it for the blue light therapy and not just the scrubby brush then it's probable that you'll like it and see it's value. If you're not blemish prone I'd keep looking because a brush is just a brush. ... show more

Update: Lights stopped working after a month. Vibration still works but no more lights. Not durable. Expected more for this price point. This dual sided device has helped with inflammation and redness. It’s unusual to use at first and it doesn’t feel like you’re doing much agitation of the cleanser on the skin but that’s the point. It’s kinda like when I switched from a manual toothbrush to a sonic one. I no longer press down, scrub, or vigorously brush; it’s a test of patience and holding the brush still and letting the vibrations do the work. This is the same. I still use a gentle cleanser and I lightly hold the scrubber over different areas of my face concentrating on oily problem areas. Since using the blue light I’ve noticed a reduction of redness and bumps around my nose, chin and hairline. This comes with a case so it’s easy to take for travel. ... show more
