I’ve been using the PMD Redvolution Facial Device for over a month now. It’s not my first PMD device. I’ve been a happy customer for years. This new device has two features: one side is a cleansing brush with soft silicone bristles, and the other is a red light therapy setting. My favorite part is definitely the cleansing side—it leaves my skin feeling fresh and smooth, and I love how gentle the bristles are while still giving me that really clean feeling. I’ve also been using the red light feature, which is supposed to help with things like skin tone, fine lines, and overall skin health over time. I have been using this for about a month and I LOVE it!! The cleansing side has two modes, I typically prefer the stronger mode, and it makes my skin feel not only cleaner, but smoother too. Almost like I just used exfoliator scrub. I prefer using it in the morning because I don’t have to worry about cleaning my makeup off first, I can just put cleanser on it and clean clean clean! It wakes up my face a little and feels so good! The red light took me some time to get used to because if you lift it off of your face, it turns off and the 3 minutes timer stops. So I started using it more as a spot treatment when I get breakouts. That’s where the magic is with this little guy! I can’t believe what a difference it makes when I use the red light on those breakout spots vs when I don’t. It clears up faster and doesn’t look as inflamed and blotchy. Be cautious, this cannot be applied to anyone younger than 18. I found this in the instruction when I receive it. So I returned the product. I also heard from other customers that it can cause dark print.

I bought this in August and I remember seeing there was a one year warranty when I bought it. Well it no longer holds a charge so it is useless now and can the company please let me know how I can send this back for a refund. What a disappointment after only 4 months and it broke so for paying over $200 dollars I would certainly want it to work for years. ... show more

This device comes with clear instructions and is easy to use. I like that is dual purpose. The silicone side helps deeply cleanse my skin. The red light side provides a good amount of coverage to treat a larger area than some of the other devices I have tried. This one is my favorite because the handle is comfortable and it has a self timer that let's me know when I have treated the area for the appropriate amount of time. It is also looks really pretty! I am loving this! The product came beautifully packaged and includes a case, eye goggles and a charging cord. There’s a cleansing tool made of all silicone on one side and red light therapy on the back side. The red light only turns on when it’s touching the skin so it is really useful for spot treatment.     • Battery died in only 4 months!!

I bought this item 7 months ago. In month 4, the battery completely failed on me. And now at month 7, the battery has yet again died. It is clear that the quality of this product has gone downhill. The pmd I bought in 2020, lasted me for 3 years. What’s up?
