Worked for about 3-4 months, then died and was unable to be charged. Plugged it in, waited overnight - there was no light to indicate that it was charging so don't know if something already was wrong there, and nothing the next day. There was nothing in the charging port but it didn't appear to want to charge. So I got to use it for 4 months and now it's just an expensive scrubber that doesn't light up nor vibrate.

This product helped reduce oil production on face and stopped so many breakouts! I loved it however, the vibrator part just stopped working after a month or so. I used it day & night. Maybe water accidentally got into the charging port, idk. I’m buying another one today and see if that was the issue!

I love using this with my daily face cleaner. It leaves my face feeling clean and soft every time. The lights are nice, however I have no idea what they are suppose to do or if they even work but I use them anyway lol. I used my FSA to pay for this which was nice, not sure how it is considered FSA but I went with it.

I love this product. I have a few troubles areas on my face and this lovely tool made my fine lines less noticeable and the deep wrinkle in my forehead almost disappear.

The product was great for about two months, but when I needed to charge it for the first time, it melted the charging port and cord(lucky it didn’t catch fire). The charger is melted in the device’s charging port and cannot be removed. Looked through my order for seller contact information, but it wasn’t in my order. So bummed.
