This product helped reduce oil production on face and stopped so many breakouts! I loved it however, the vibrator part just stopped working after a month or so. I used it day & night. It's a total piece of garbage and a rip off. It worked great for the first 60 days. Now it doesn't hold a charge and won't even turn on!. The light turns green like it's charged, but still it doesn't turn on! The life of the device lasted just long enough to make it past the return window. I'm feeling irrate about this. This isn't a small amount of money. Revive should be ashamed they are knowingly ripping people off for a device that fails repeatedly just after the return window closes (based on my experience, reviews I've read online in hindsight, and the other reviews here!) It’s a great product and I enjoy using it as part of my routine. My only complaint is it’s very difficult to turn on and not suitable for arthritic hands or joints. I’ve considered returning it for this issue but the box has been destroyed.
