So pleased with the Nova cleanser. The first one I received had an issue with keeping the charge, so had to send it back after only a couple days. It was immediately replaced and the second one has no issues and stayed charged for three months. It operates and leaves my face cleaner than the expensive one I had prior to this one. The Nova has a larger base so it is easy to hold. I keep mine in the shower and have had to problems at all. The holder that comes with the Nova installed in seconds, has held in the shower and looks good. Do not hesitate to purchase if you are looking for a great cleanser.

This device is AWESOME. I got the one in pink that comes with a targeted anti-acne brush head (the one with white firm bristles and a grey ring of bristles in the center) and a soft brush head (softer more corn-silk like flexible bristles). I bought this device because my previous sonic brush broke down - a Michael Todd one. It only broke down after about a year. I love this Nova brush/device soooooooo much. The anti-acne brush head delivers powerful but gentle cleansing and helps firm my skin. I presumed sonic brushes, with heads that only vibrate, wouldn’t deliver as good a cleansing as a rotating sonic brush head. This brush makes that statement false lol. It’s a very powerful, effective but gentle cleansing device. And when I want to focus on just delivering the sonic waves / firming benefits, I simply switch to the soft bristle head. I apply Burt’s Bees anti-acne gel cleanser to my damp face and then start in on large gentle circles with the brush, and I usually do a few minutes of this, but I think like a minute is all you actually need lol. I’ve had the brush about a year now. It charges quickly and easily and the battery life is LONG. I’m very careful not to submerge the brush/device in water or under running water, as I’m afraid it’ll stop working. So far so good :) I highly, HIGHLY recommend this as a cleansing device to add to and amplify the effects of your current skin care products. Great price, lasts a long time, multiple benefits - smoother skin texture, excellent cleansing, helps firm the skin, all in all 5 big stars for this one.

**Excellent Customer Service!** I purchased the Spa Sciences Nova about a month ago and was very happy with it. Unfortunately, after only a few weeks, the device stopped holding a charge. Fortunately, I had registered my product and knew it was covered by the two-year warranty. I contacted Spa Sciences customer service, and I was absolutely impressed by how quickly they responded. **I received a response within about an hour!** Vida was incredibly helpful and made the entire process so easy. She arranged for a replacement of my defective device and even included a complimentary makeup bag. There was no hassle, no runaround, and no lengthy wait to get the issue resolved. I was disappointed that my original device stopped holding a charge so soon, but I have to say that **Spa Sciences really stood behind their product and took excellent care of me.** Customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare, and I truly appreciate how responsive, professional, and helpful Vida was. Thank you, Spa Sciences and Vida, for making what could have been a frustrating experience such a positive one!

Yuuup I’m a fan good price works good :) had another brand for years came time to get a new one and chose this one price was right for my budget , comes with a charging station with cord you have to add the plug part yourself I just used the one for my phone, would buy again:)

I am recommending that you do not buy this product, and I am not one to leave negative reviews. While the company does honor the 1 year warranty, and I was pleased they sent a quick reply to my email, I was going to have to pay for return shipping for them to inspect my nova and possibly replace it. So instead, I just returned it ( and the first one I bought) to Amazon. The first time I purchased this it worked 3 times then just stopped working with no warning even though I had charged it for the 12 hours. Then it took a lot of repositioning in the charger and a lot of button pushing to get it to finally start charging again. Once it appear to be fully charged I couldn’t get it to start; it just buzzed and wouldn’t stop buzzing; I put it in another room and closed the door and the next morning it was quiet. So I returned it to Amazon and they immediately sent me a new one ( one of the many reasons I love Amazon). The new one arrived the next day and this one won’t even begin to charge. It just sat on the charger with no light and lightly vibrated and buzzed. Since I had registered the warranty I emailed the company and they emailed me back the next day saying I needed to send this unit back and pay for the shipping and they would inspect it and possibly replace it. There is no way that I am going to pay to ship it back or buy any products from this company given that BOTH were defective and didn’t work. They both came with a coupon for a free brush head, however the coupon had expired in 1999. If you look at the questions and answers and reviews you will see that many people have had the same problem. There is something definitely wrong with the manufacturing of this product. I’m very disappointed because it was great the 3 times it worked and I’m sure it’s great for the people who have a unit that works. Kohl’s even sells it but I’m not going to risk buying one from a different manufacturing date. Just not worth it!

I originally used a Michael Todd sonic cleansing brush for years until it eventually stopped holding a charge. I tried switching to one of the silicone facial scrubbers, but it never felt like I was getting a thorough clean—more like a surface wash—so I ended up falling off my skincare routine altogether. I came across this brush and decided to give it a try, and I’m really glad I did. It immediately felt familiar and effective, much closer to the deeper clean I was used to. My skin feels clean, lightly exfoliated, and even a bit massaged after each use. This unit has two speeds (low and high). I let the brush do the work and don’t apply pressure, which is important—pressing too hard can cause irritation. I use it until it vibrates three separate times as I move across my face and neck, then rinse. For the price, this is a great alternative to more expensive sonic brushes. It performs well and feels like a solid replacement without the higher cost. For reference, I’m over 50 and had been dealing with dry, uncomfortable skin before getting back into a routine. Since using this, my skin feels much better, and I’m glad to have a routine again. Additional Details: Skin Feel: Leaves my skin feeling clean, refreshed, and lightly massaged after use. Exfoliation: Provides a noticeable exfoliating feel without being too harsh on my skin. Skin Irritation: I have not experienced any irritation using this, as long as I let the brush do the work and don’t apply pressure. Durability: Too early to speak on long-term durability since I haven’t had it long enough. Portability: I don’t plan to travel with this, so I can’t really speak to portability. Weight: Lightweight and easy to handle during use. Additional Note: For the price point, even if it didn’t last as long as a higher-end device, I would still feel it offers good value.

I love this product for cleaning my face and then the special attachment to help penetrate my night cream. After you use your skin has a nice glow so I know it helps with bringing circulation under the skin to help everything work better.

This is my second one. My first one worked until it didn’t but it held on for 4 yrs so I think that is a plus. I had the original Clarisonic brush when they first came out and used it until it died. Bummed that they no longer exist so looked for another and found this brand. Love it! Bought one about 4 yrs ago and used it daily. Traveled with it and everything. 2 months ago it started dying faster and then just stopped working. I think I got a good amount of use out of it for the price. I would recommend this Nova to anyone that ever used the Clarisonic. Fast cleaning, comfortable in the hand, lasts a long time and can use it in the shower. The only thing I didn’t care for is the charger needs a charging cube. Kinda frustrating with that but other than that little detail, it’s amazing cleaning tool to have.
