Issued in 1986, the American Silver Eagle is the official silver bullion coin of the United States issued by the Mint. I believe these silver dollars are one of the best presents and awards we have given our children and grandchildren. They always come in shiny with no scratches and there is a see through soft plastic holder for them as well.
