This little facial brush can’t be beat. It’s easy to set up…just pop in the batteries and it’s good to go. And it’s just as simple to operate. The brush head is soft enough so it’s gentle on your skin, but stiff enough that it cleans really well. And it comes with extra brush heads. It’s waterproof as well so you can confidently use and leave it in the shower. I actually owned one of these for YEARS. It held up great, never had a problem. Unfortunately, I left it behind on a trip and had to replace it. The newer model is a little larger, which actually makes it fit more comfortably in my hand. IMMEDIATELY BROKE! Stunned by how poorly this is made! Upon slipping the battery cartridge into the device, it immediately began spinning (I had NOT turned it On); The brush head (which came attached to the device) popped right off and broke. When I went to attach another brush head, I discovered there’s plastic from the broken brush head stuck inside the device and cannot replace the head. The plastic where the head attaches to the mounting pin is SO thin and brittle, I can’t believe Conair would make such a crappy product! The packaging it came in was completely undamaged so the breakage had to have happened simply by being handled prior to purchase. The trouble I’d have to go through to return the item isn’t worth it, so I’m out the money. And, since I don’t have much to spend on myself, it’s very disappointing. I’ve been happy with every Conair product I’ve bought up until now; I will NEVER purchase something from them again. ... show more

Love having a facial cleansing brush. The previous one I had was conair so I figured this would be just as good. My old one lasted about 6 years. I've used this one about 10 times and already had to replace one of the brush heads cue to the head attachment breaking off "teeth" where it hooks into the base. ... show more
