I left the batteries in the charger all night. In the morning the lights were green, but attaching them to the blower unit only sent a one second spike on the battery indicator lights and the blower won't work. I'm returning it for an exchange and if the new one works I'll update this review, and let you know. Update: It is now 4 days later and Amazon shipped me a replacement and to my surprise it works! I've only used it for a few minutes but it effectively blew some dry leaves and saved me having to rake them. My original rating was ONE star, but I've now upped that to THREE stars until I give it a more serious run. I'll update again as soon as I have more experience with it. 3rd Review: I've now had the unit for two weeks and ran it through its paces both blowing and vacuuming. I've increased my rating from one to FOUR. If it holds up over time I'll give it 5 star as it has worked wonderfully so far. It surprised me by vacuuming small twigs in addition to thousands of pepper corns and all sizes of leaves.

I bought this bagger in 2022. This is a very good leaf vacuum. However, the original bag ripped about 3 weeks into service. Good news is the seller immediately replaced the torned bag. Shortly there after the replacement bag zipper broke. I am on the 3rd bag now. It would be nice if the seller would upgrade the bag on this leaf vacuum.

The item appears as a great buy, but the performance and quality are terrible. The bag tore in the first 3 uses but was replaced promptly by the vendor with help from Amazon. It picked up leave for on month after that and then lost suction capability even when running at low and high power. The leaf mulcher cutter is made of plastic which may be a factor. It is also awkward to handle and poorly designed. Although I can't return the product anymore it appears to my greatest waste of an item, I have purchased to help me.

The leaf blower part of this ensemble really works great and is light enough to be used for big jobs. The vacuum part of the ensemble works great on the setting of 4. I have never needed to use the turbo button, but will only use it for leaf blowing as it would be too powerful for the vacuum bag and would harm it quickly. I like the fact that this is a cordless set up, but wish the batteries would last more than an hour when using as a leaf vacuum. I am very happy with my purchase.

The size of oak tree leaves requires the Turbo Button. “In most cases, normal airflow is sufficient” is not true as I’ve had to use an increase in airflow for MORE than just “brief measures. “ it does take a long time to pick up oak leaves with “normal airflow” as leaves aren’t mulched enough and clogs in tubing. Collection bag cheap material and poor zipper for this type of tool used in dirt and debris. Use zipper slowly as it will malfunction. Zipper teeth too fragile for this type of tool/ conditions. Sadly. This collection bag material should not be used on this caliber of tool. Ruins the entire purpose for buying this tool. I’d rather pay more and receive quality material to withstand process than receive this bag. Veryvery very disappointing Soyus. Defeats the purpose. Vacuum won’t work once zipper malfunctions. Go slow and gentle, deliberate unzipping or lose your vacuum. Won’t handle debris you get with this tool in zipper. Bummer. Very shocked you are selling this bag on this tool. Not okay.
