This entire systems works so much better than I could have imagined. Extremely easy to use with better features than anything else I have used. Very easy to install and set up was instant. You can easily adapt the "follow", sensitivity and sound systems to your liking. Picture quality and zoom features are outstanding. Easy playback and search controls allow you to find anything recorded with no trouble. exterior microphones and speakers are actually very functional and a blast to experiment with. You simply can not beat the quality, ease of use and price of this system. Would highly recommend to anybody wanting a easy to use and easy to install CCTV system to help protect their home or business. Pics are actual photos of the screen quality (day and night) and the exterior system floodlight system (which is great!).

I should have listened to the bad reviews because that's exactly what happened to me. Set up the security system and the cameras all hooked up to the NVR pretty well. But then I kept getting a message telling me that I don't have any storage. I kept messing with it and it kept telling me that storage is non-existent. Then I couldn't get the app to find my nvr. That was kind of frustrating. I saw that the hard drive was not appearing or it was missing. Either way I contacted the company and got a robot message telling me they would contact me within 24 hours. Well, they did not contact me within 24 hours. Is actually 48 hours almost. I asked for help in finding out why the app would not connect with the nvr. And then I also asked why the system was giving me a message telling me that storage is non-existent. Couple days later, they tell me that I need to download the app and they gave me some directions that were already in the paper directions I had with the system. The fact that I was contacted them via the app should have told them that I already had the app running. They told me I needed to plug in the MVR into my Wi-Fi router. That's why the system was not appearing on the app. I responded by telling them I have done all that and still the app will not pick up the NVR. Then I asked him what about the non-existent storage. They responded back with the hard drive is not being read or that I need to buy a hard drive for it. I responded back with I already know all of that what's the solution! They need to send me another unit with the hard drive in it or the hard drive fixed. I got a message telling me that they would respond to me in 24 hours and that was it for me. Boxed it all up and sent it back. You are not going to get any help from customer service I can tell you that right now. The cameras work pretty well but it does me know good if I can't record anything. I'd rather review where the same thing happened where they had the NVR but there was no hard drive in it. I would not recommend this system for anybody.

The media could not be loaded. Needed an all in one security system for our RV and recreation property. This is the third wireless video system I've used over the last 10 years, and they keep getting better. This system has nice clear video with tons of options and an app for remote monitoring. Had a hard disk issue out of the box, but customer support helped identify the issue quickly and sent a replacement drive. Will be buying some extra cameras, as the NVR capacity will handle 8 cameras and they are easy to install. Remember you have to plug the cameras into a power oulet, but the image signal back to the NVR is wireless. ----------------------------------- June 15, 2023 - Update Follow up to a previous review. We've been using the Sovmiku all-in-one wireless security system for the past months now. We installed it at our RV property, and it has proven to be well worth the cost. We wanted an all-in-one system so that the monitor/hard drive could be wall mounted in our RV and we use a wireless mouse to manage the system functions. Nice that they provided two USB ports on the system display. Videos are crisp and clear and the camera night vision is really good. Face recognition is quite good with much more functionality than we can use and playback options help you zero on the recordings you need to see. Very important when you've been away for a few weeks. The audio warnings from the cameras are also a plus for an occasional use property. The remote app works fine for monitoring when you are away. This is our third video security system over the years and by far the most functional we've found in this price range. We had an initial issue with the hard drive, but Sovmiku customer service got back to us the same day, and a replacement was sent out immediately. Overall, we are completely satisfied.

Decent surveillance camera system. Nice view. Motion detector. Someone comes into view. Light comes on. Follow them too. Voice thru cameras. Only issue. Some time get a glitch. Screen blacks out. Overall I'm happy
