I love the Souper Cubes. They are well built and ready to use and clean. I like that frozen liquids come out easy, even if you need to run a little water on the back side to get your soup out. I also like the sturdy run that makes handling very easy. I highly recommend.

Not completely safe to slosh liquid around inside, but very sturdy, did well in my freezer, fridge. I wouldn't trust it to keep out tiny ants though. I've frozen wine and broth in these, and used it for leftovers in the fridge. Takes two hands to open. The edges are reinforced and stiff, but the food section is very bendy. I was initially concerned that as fluid (souls) froze in them the expansion would stress the silicone, but after many freezes they’re still holding strong! I take care not to overfill them if it’s mostly liquid like broth that I’m freezing so it doesn’t swell up against the lid, but no issues so far. Pleased with how nicely things come out of them even when frozen and expanded. I guess if you are very concerned about the blocks having square sides (building an igloos?), you should consider a product with a stronger wall as the ice will deflect the silicone out as it freezes, but this doesn’t affect your ability to get the blocks out or use the product as intended. ... show more

This makes freezing and sealing foods for freezer storage so much easier and more organized. I haven’t had any trouble with odors and the frozen food pops right out. My freezer is easier to keep tidy when foods are more uniform in shape. I use my food saver vacuum with this product.
