Simply put, these speakers rock (they sound great) - and I'm an audio snob. I purchased these after trying a big name brand that I respect and these sound much better! AND the sound app for this speaker is actually useful! - Sound is stellar - very smooth and does not distort at high volume! - Price was reasonable so I bought two and hooked them up in stereo - sounds absolutely amazing! - The unit is solid, not very heavy and easy to carry. Slightly bulky in size but not huge. - So far, battery life is great. - Control buttons are easy to use once you know how things work (like bass control and connecting to other Soundcore speakers). - Buttons have good touch but wish they were all lighted especially the play/pause and volume buttons which can be hard to find in the dark. - The app is worth downloading for sound customization and other purposes - like background sound for sleeping. - They are directional speakers - sound doesn't radiate in all directions.
