These acoustic foam panels work well as long as you have reasonable expectations. They are not for “sound proofing” so please don’t expect them to be. These, like most other acoustic foam in this category, work well to reduce midrange and higher frequencies from reverberating around your listening/recording space.How well one pack of 12 will impact your space is dependent on its size and how many hard reflective surfaces there are. Chances are, one pack of these won’t get the results you’re looking for, but it certainly won’t hurt if that’s all you're able to get at one time. The adhesive backing on these are holding very well. I do recommend, as always, to be sure and clean the area where you intend to stick these with isopropyl alcohol beforehand. It seems 91% isopropyl alcohol or higher does the best job, based on my experiences. All in all, these do a good job. Recommended.

These are really great panels for absorbing reflections! For those who aren't aware there are different aspects of sound treatment. These panels, like others of similar design (eggcrate) break up sound reflections, sound that would normally hit a wall and bounce back. It's what makes your recordings sound like you're in a bathroom. You can treat this with lots of fabrics in the room, like furniture, wall hangings, etc. Another way, and a more effective one, is to cover every flat surface in these foam panels. These are interesting specifically because of the design. Most of these are made alike, so seeing something different is fantastic, just to break up the monotony if nothing else. These will certainly do the job of treating reflections, so I recommend!

Not terrible and they do work, but a little spendy for what you are getting and the overall finish isn't what I would expect for low density foam with a sticky backer. At the current price of $2.50 per sq it is a terrible value.

I recently tried out the EEKIYA Self-Adhesive Acoustic Wall Panels, and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed. These things are designed to help with soundproofing, and they actually work quite well. First off, installation was a breeze. They come with adhesive already on them, so you just peel off the backing and stick them on your wall. No messing around with glue or trying to get things lined up perfectly—they go on smoothly and stay put. In terms of effectiveness, they do a good job of reducing echo and dampening noise. I put them up in my home office where I do a lot of video calls, and there's definitely less reverberation now. Plus, they have a clean look that blends in well with the room. One thing to note is that they're not magic. If you're expecting complete silence, you might need to combine them with other soundproofing methods. But for taking the edge off noise and improving acoustics, they're spot on. These are pretty nice for some quick sound deadening. Although the density is less than some it still gets the job done as well as being removable. The adhesive holds it to the wall perfectly but can still be removed without damaging the paint.
