    • Service is excellent.
I received the soundbar quickly and went to set it up. The base was already attached to the right-side speaker so I set it up as two separate short speaker towers as I had planned anyways. I turned the TV on and the speaker set turned on, but when I went to a channel I only had sound from the right side speaker. The two speakers are connected by a wire that goes between the two bases. I disconnected the bases and reconnected them and still no sound out of the left side speaker, so I removed the bases and connected the two speakers together and then I had sound from both speakers. I contacted the warranty department through email and they responded very quickly. They gave me a few things to check but nothing would work to get sound from the left side speaker when setup as two separate towers. They said they would send out a new replacement and within a few days I had the replacement. Neither base was connected to a speaker. I set them up as two separate towers and the speakers work perfect. I highly commend the warranty department and their service to a great product. ... show more

i do not like this soundbar and the remote. No light on the soundbar. difficult . If I had the box I would return it. cuts in & out, crackling sound constant. Cannot return it, ditching it.

The sound is good if you are using it strictly to have louder speakers for your TV, I have no complaints. Is it the best? No. It’s sufficient. There is no bass to the sound bar so it is not ideal if you want to feel the bass and tremble in your in the shows or music you are watching or listening to. I believe I read a similar review before I bought so I didn’t have high expectations. Therefor it’s good for its cost. ... show more

The versatility of being able to have two separate towers or one sound bar is especially good Because my TV stand is also my fireplace. Other sound bars gotten away and I couldn’t turn off my TV.
