We’ve had ours for about 6 months and use it almost everyday. The battery lasts surprisingly long. I would drive my son around for 3 hours and the battery is still pretty full. Recently we got another scooter (Astro Gomax) that didn't have a child seat and was $200 cheaper but we like this one more so we decided to get another one in orange so we can take both of my sons out at the same time. This scooter is heavier but also more compact in length and is more powerful especially going up hill. I like the small fat tires(it handles bumpy roads and potholes better), the mile range and battery display, the smooth suspension, and that it has two small storage baskets, I love that the front one comes with a lid. And also because we were local, we received next day delivery from the seller themselves. We love this little scooter and have had so many fun times with it.

I ordered this scooter for a teenager about a year ago. She assembled in 15 minutes without any help. Easy to ride. She has used the small seat to pick up her sibling. Purchased additional turn signals, locks, and solar charger for phone and electronics. Charger broke about 6 weeks ago. Contacted seller. He did not send the replacement as promised. Found a replacement on Amazon, Sans charger by Zeekpowa. The cheaper chargers did not work. I would say that this is a great scooter for the money and has been ridden hundreds of miles now, has not broken, or failed. Easy to put in car or trunk. Tires still have tread. Would recommend over a bike.

Not sure how this should go. I just received it and got stuck on how to open the handle bar and the screw (which is inside of handle bar) to attach to scooter. The next issue was when I went to install seats, there were NO screws to attach them. The instructions aren't very clear with what goes where and what is included inside packaging. There are 4 random size hex screws inside pouch which are entirely too large to fit inside holes of either seat. I am also missing screws to the wheel cover plates. I eventually got frustrated because I can't even ride the scooter. My toddler was excited to ride with me so this was a disappointment. The contact seller button only cycles through 4 different problems which has nothing to do with missing items. My only option is to return this. I didn't even go through the stage of turning it on to see if anything works because that would just tick me off more. So now, I'm waiting for husband to arrive home so that he can drop it back off to be returned.

The media could not be loaded. HAPPY ENDING, AFTER ALL! At first I was super excited, because it came earlier than expected... However, upon assembling, I found there were quite a few hiccups, that, in their defense, were not the problem of the seller, but, more likely, that of the manufacturer. Mostly cosmetic, and minor complications, with a few exceptions but easy fixes...I.e. things like, a broken charger....Which only, after calling Amazon, & being told they couldn't help, I was able to EASILY contact, THEIR OWN Customer Service (via Amazon Message Center, & later, via DM to finalize said contact) They were based in California, so it was all promptly, & happily fixed! (Keep in mind I live in a different state, & this was a 3rd Party Vendor, so I was expecting a LONG wait, or mucho pushback, on it all...BUT I was GLADLY MISTAKEN!) Everything was completely taken care of in a matter of days, all in time, for me to surprise my niece with it, on her visit. WE LOVE IT.. EVEN ME MUM WANTS ONE!...."GEE THANKS... ME!!!" ( In fact she's a regular speed demon on that thing now!) MUCHO GUSTO, MUY MUY BIEN!!!! MUCHOS GRACIAS YA'LL!! YA'LL ARE AWESOME!!!

Fantastic scooter. Battery lasts for days. Goes up hills and drives on grass with ease. We are older and can lift this scooter in and out of our motorhome so much easier than our old scooter. Great customer service when I had a few questions to manufacturer

The seat post metal shaft wears down and you can see the slivers of metal shavings inside. If you never adjust the seat and keep it in this original position , perhaps you will be fine . But for me because this brand of scooter , the seat doesn’t fold down like other brands , in order to get it in my car trunk I have to lower the seat all the way so each time I am lowering and raising the seat. So now when I sit on it it just starts to go down . I tried to return the scooter as I didn’t think that the seat would be an issue and after the experience wanted to get the scooter that folds down but the company makes it very difficult to return and charges a restocking fee . So I am currently looking for a solution to keeping the seat from falling down but haven’t found one yet . The other issue is the handle folds down but not straight it goes to the side so in the car it scratches up the side of the scooter . Otherwise it is a pretty good scooter to ride . My suggestion is if this is a scooter that is going to remain in the garage or home and you just ride it to your destination and park it when you get home it’s fine . Just charge it every time you get home so it’s ready to go .
