These are great! I've tried many headphones up until this pair. It has a great noise cancellation feature that really does block out most of the outside noise. Great bass and great audio quality compared to Raycon among other headphones. The battery also lasts long, which means less need to charge often. Also, you can see the battery percentage on your phone and laptop through the Bluetooth feature of windows, so I can tell when I need to charge again or what percentage the battery is at. The only downside is that it doesn't come with it's own case. But for a great pair of headphones at a reasonable price, a case doesn't make much of a difference to me.

The plastic looks and feels cheap, and the ANC does very little. However, the pairing is flawless, and they thoughtfully included spare mesh earcups that are easy to insert and remove without tools plus a soft case for transportation with a little pocket for your charging cable. The headphones fold, but the ear cup does not swivel to follow the contours of your ears, so It puts a bit of pressure in a spot. Overall, I feel this was overpriced for what it is.

Do not buy this product if you want a reliable product. Really disappointed with how they perform. You would think for $89 plus tax, they would turn on even, but they don’t. They work right after you charge it, but try to turn it on again and they simply won’t. Once you turn it off from the first use, they won’t work until you charge them again. This may be fine for some people, but with the amount of money I spent, plus the time I don’t have to charge them every single time I want to use, it’s a waste of money. Plus it doesn’t say low battery, it just won’t turn on. Disappointed.

I must say that I'm am genuinely surprised by all the positive reviews. These headphones read like a fairytale on paper; but once I started using them, the magic quickly wore off. The Good: - Environmentally friend packaging. - Beautiful presentation. - Inclusion of a carrying case and an extra set of mesh ear cushions. - Hands-free call quality. I tested this with two individuals and both said I sounded great. - Nicely laid out buttons and toggle switch. - Foldable design. - Light weight and extremely comfortable - Automatic shut off. - The headband is reinforced with a thin piece of metal to keep it from breaking when you adjust these to fit your head. - Multi-point connectivity. This allows you to have these paired with your phone and another device of your choosing simultaneously. - USB-C charging with fast charge. The Bad: - The battery life isn't on-par with other headphones in this price range. - ANC is no-existent on these headphones. Unless you crank the volume to the highest setting, you are going to hear everything around you. - Volume seems lower than other headphones. Watching YouTube videos on my phone was a dreadful experience. I had the volume cranked all the way up and really had to strain to hear what was going on half the time. - Sound signature on these is awful, particularly with the highs and the mids. I tried adjusting my EQ settings in my audio app but couldn't quite get it right. Also, the bass tended to distort when you increased the volume. - No app, which means no sound customizations. This is something these headphones would absolutely benefit from. It's such a shame. - Latency, specifically with videos. It's especially noticeable using multipoint. If I was streaming a video and got a call, once I hung up it would switch back to the video. But it would miss the first 1-1.5 seconds of audio. - The pleather ear cups are very warm and I ended up switching them out within the first hour of owning this product. The Ugly: - Before you buy this, please make sure you pay attention to the return policy. I had these for less than 72 hours and I just knew they weren't going to work for me. I contacted Amazon only to learn that SOUL did not accept returns. I'm fine with that policy if you exceed 15 or 30 days. But this product failed to perform as advertised and I wanted to exchange it for something else that would. Amazon did issue me a refund and let me keep the headphones. I have since given them to my nephew. The volume limitations will protect his hearing. I would encourage you to look elsewhere for your audio needs. If you want something affordable with all the bells and whistles I'd suggest looking at JBL. They have a much punchier sound signature and better battery life. Plus they have an app.
