This is the most recent of several massage chair cushion for my Mother. She likes it with only one complaint. The pluses include the variety of settings and the ease of use for the wired remote. The only complaint is not a deal killer. The cushion collapses and folds onto itself unless you are sitting on it. Basically, sit down and then immediately adjust your seat. I am not sure about the cushion's longevity yet, but I fear that the flimsiness may affect the longevity.

I bought this massage chair to place in my work chair to help with my back issues since I work at a computer all day. The heat is not very strong enough for me, but acceptable. The decent vibration strength is nice, I really like the vibration modes. So far my only real complaint is the short duration in which it stays on before you have to reset it. It only last 15 minutes every time. I'd much prefer to have an option for time, so I don't have to open it again. It's a good choice for the office, I will recommend it to our colleagues.

love this product, though the plug after a few take outs / put ins seems to lose a spring hold in the plug, not sure reordered unit once, now just need the replacement plug / wire. NO HELP SO FAR.

My son paid big bucks for this feature in his new SUV. For under a hundred dollars this has the same benefits of heat and massage. The seat anchors don't hold unit in place enough to prevent it sliding when entering and exiting, but don't find that an issue.
